This message is a warning to all taxi providers, hoppa / Hoppago / Rides Flyer, or whatever they choose to change their name to. They owe over €30,000 and aren't paying. Here in Malaga. Hendrik Pieenar / Jacques Pretorius / Yolande.

So, as soon as you can, stop working with them. Much better.

Our transfer from Faro to our resort…

Our transfer from Faro to our resort never turned up,
I had two very young grandchildren with us,
After an hour of waiting and trying to find a number to call, there isn't one, I then managed to get some one on their chat section, this person told me to get a taxi from the rank and they would refund it.
I have kept the transcript of the conversation,
Now I am emailing and having a conversation with Tebogo Mahlulo, who is now telling me I need to be making a complaint, I made a complaint on the day the transfer never turned up,
I have used Hoppa for years and I can't believe that they are now dragging their feet and not keeping their promise and are now making this so difficult for us,
DON'T USE HOPPA UNLESS YOU DONT EXPECT A DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I WILL NOW POST THIS IN AS MANY PLACES AS I CAN.

DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!

Paid for early pick up to airport. Waited in the dark for 45 minutes and no show. Luckily a private taxi came along and we had to take this or we might have missed our flight. I tried whatsapp the local company and telephoning them but the calls just dropped. Disgusting company! Have put in a complaint but not hopeful at all. DO NOT USE HOPPA. Use a reputable taxi company PLEASE!

Hoppa let us down ..

Hoppa let us down ... failed to appear to collect our family of 11 for transfer to airport!
Created a living nightmare for us!
Cost us £200 for alternative taxis and we ONLY just made our flights!
Difficult to complain to them!
Eventually, they actually 'Accused Us of being at fault ... said we failed to appear for pick up!'
Finally admitted they were GUILTY and only refunded us part of our original payment .. not proportionate with the additional expenses we incurred .. never mind the stress! Dreadful company ... we'll never ever consider them again!!!

I have been requesting a full refund on…

I have been requesting a full refund on a trip as hoppa provided the transfer company with an incorrect destination and therefore they refused to take us. I have sent numerous emails, completed 3 online forms on the contact us page and all I receive is a reply that it's been sent to customer service team. I've asked for my complaint to be raised to a manager and still no reply. This is SHOCKING customer service. I cannot believe after all these poor reviews that this company is still operating. DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use I was unable to change my pick up time so I was advised to cancel then re-book, I didn't get my credits so I could book again. I then asked for the credits to be refunded for another trip. Hoppa then advised me I was not due a refund as the cancellation was within 24hrs, it was not 24hrs for the return pick up

Hoppa website says cancellations are…

Hoppa website says cancellations are fully refundable. I booked 10 months in advance, a few months before my holiday flight company changed the flight schedule by a few hours. I was unable to alter the time of my car booking, I was forced to cancel the transfer, on top of that they charged me £10, and the notice says I have an outstanding balance of £35 to pay by October. I emailed Hoppa and they have ignored my query, it's impossible to speak to anyone. It would have been so easy to just allow a change of time since I can see vehicles are available.

DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE.
we got to Malta Airport, no pick up waiting, we searched for half an hour, no one came, the airport emptied, couldn't contact Hoppa in any way, whatsapp, call or email.
Had to pay for a taxi to the hotel.
Filled out an 'in resort complaint' with no reply for the 10 days we were there. Guess what, had an email confirming our pick up with the 'partners' number if any problems, yet again thay didn't turn up and called 3 times with no reply, again the expense of another taxi and by now half an hour late.
25 DAYS now and absolutely NO communication from hoppa at all... AVOID!

Dont book with Hoppa in Marrakesh be warned

Had major issues last time booked HOPPA in Marrakesh and nearly missed flight as taxi never turned up on return (plus issues on arrival with them) ...was told this was a one off and believed them how wrong i was. used HOPPA again last week not only had to over a hour also to us to wrong hotel This morning was our return journey to Marrakesh airport and again after sending many emails to HOPPA with responses again the taxi never turned up so had to pay over the odds for a private taxi to reach the airport in time. ref g2454535 please note for all of you you cannot afford to be running late for Marrakesh airport ref all the many extra security checks and risk missing your flight.....have other bookings with HOPPA for Marrakesh later this year but now will be requesting to cancel and get my money back.....please be warned ref HOPPA in Marrakesh YES PLEASE BE WARNED TRIED TO APPLY FOR REFUND FOR NEXT TRIP AND THEY TOOK A BIG CHUNK AS A CANCELLATION FEE SINCE THEY HAVE MUCKED UP TWICE WHERE WE WERE NOT PICKED UP AND NEARLY MISSED OUR FLIGHTS ITS TIME TO WRITE TO RIP OFF BRITAIN AND BBC WATCHDOG BUT IF READING THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS IF YOUR GOING TO MARRAKESH

Recommend Hoppa Highly.

Booked with Hoppa for our transport in Lanzarote. Arrived at airport Arecife, and Peter , the driver, was there to pick us up. After a 5 minute wait. Very courteous and friendly and made is feel so welcome to his homeland. Dropped us off at our accommodation. The transport was very clean and we had no problems.
We had to be ready 15 mins before pick up time for return trip.
It was Peter again in his clean and efficient minibus. He was on time and took us to the airport. He went and got a trolley for our suitcases and bus us farewell. Liked that we spoke a little Spanish. Great driver and a credit to the Company. You would do well to retain him.
All in all a very pleasant and efficient experience and would highly recommend Hoppa. Our first time using them. Good value for money.

Hoppa are Not Customer friendly

I have booked transfers from Dubai Airport for 21st June.
I have quoted Flight details,which state Flight arrival time of 07.35
Hoppa have used this as pick up time,which makes no allowance for baggage reclaim or customs/immigration.
Despite informing them of this, they ignore my emails and say if any amendments required, booking must be cancelled and rebooked
This is nonsense???
Not the way to conduct business??
Hoppa block their agents from receiving incoming telephone calls????

I booked a Hoppa from Madeira airport…

I booked a Hoppa from Madeira airport to our planned hotel this was planned for 15 June 2024 When I booked this I paid the insurance to ensure our payment was safe.Due to my husband being taken into hospital by ambulance and a pending major operation I was and is to cancel our holiday .The insurance company that cover our holiday have refunded our cost but I did not need to claim for Hoppa as this was I thought covered by the insurance I had taken out with them at the time of booking .Now they have only offered me a voucher to use a a different date I have explained to 5hem we may never be able to travel abroad again but they will not now answer my emails.
I have contacted resolver to help me claim the money I have paid this company that do not honour there commitment there web site states
