Haven’t received an email back after 3 emails and 3 weeks of trying after purchasing an electronic passport. Still isn’t working

I ordered a Hop Passport as a gift in November 2025. I had a typo in the recipients email address. I have contacted Hop Passport multiple occasions through email over the past month but have gotten no replies or help.

Customer service is completely non-responsive. Reached out over 5 times in 2 weeks with absolutely no response. Basically can’t use the digital hop passport as was given to me as a gift. Effectively a scam.

Ordered 2 Hop Passports from my phone. Pop-up window suggested ordering the covers. I had them in my cart already, but I could not see this on my phone. So I added the 2 covers. I was charged/shipped for 4 covers for 2 passports. I instantly reached out to the company with no response. I sent 3 more emails but still have not heard back. I'm going to dispute my charge with my credit card company now.

As a product, I like this very much. We had a lot of fun with it this year. However, I'm very unimpressed with their customer service. We placed a pre-order for a 2026 book and received the wrong state. I reached out via email 3 times over a week without response. I finally heard back when I contacted via Facebook messenger. They said they'd get the correct book sent out ASAP. Fast forward 12 days and I still didn't have it, so I reached out (on Facebook) again and they said "I can confirm it was sent. I'll get the tracking information when I can" which tells me they never sent it the 1st time they said they would. This had been very frustrating as it was meant to be a Christmas gift and isn't here in time for Christmas, which is ridiculous when we pre-ordered in October and got the original delivery (the incorrect one) before Thanksgiving.

Ordered this on November 30th. I received a tracking number the next day. Never moved. I emailed and was told it would ship. Finally they sent me another tracking number. It’s December 21st, and it just shipped.
This seems like a scam, or just horrible customer service.

The Hoppassport is such a great idea. I love going around and trying new beers at new places, and the Hoppassport helps me get through the door. The amount of places I have discovered because of this is amazing. And whenever I bring the passport with me when we got out with friends, they always want to look through the book and ask about it. Well Done!

Bawk! This Hop Passport adventure has been a wild ride—much tastier than accidentally swallowing a rock. Every new brewery was a surprise, just like waking up in the middle of the ocean! My regular spots? They love that this chicken is a loyal customer. So many drinks, so many stamps—though I may have pecked at a few by mistake. 10/10 would flap my way through again!

I love the deals they run in September when ordering new passports. It's fun to get out with my wife and visit new places around the state.

I’ve had the hop passport for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Love seeing the uniqueness of each brewery, tasting different beers and simply going to places that we would not have ventured too.

The Hoppassport is an awesome brewery hopping adventure! I’ve been brewery hopping with the Hoppassport since 2018. That’s 8 years of fun and counting. I have visited breweries in 17 states so far and more to visit by the end of 2025. The Hoppassport trail has taken me to numerous new breweries with family and friends while meeting new friends along the trail. The Hoppassport is a great way to check out new breweries, meet new beer friends while traveling the U.S. and enjoying 50% off your first 2 beers (2 for 1)! Gotta love it!

We love using our Hoppassport to explore new breweries in our home state and while traveling the country. We'll often pair a new brewery with hiking or a chance to explore the history of the area. A fun way to explore new places and oh yeah, you get free beer!

Having a Hop Passport is a great way to visit breweries with friends and family. I've gotten a Hop Passport every year since 2019. It gives me a reason to go visit breweries I probably normally wouldn't go and visit. It pays for itself after visiting 6-8 participating breweries.

We started with the MN Hop Passport years before deciding to get the National Hop Passport. The MN one served us well & we traveled often so 2yrs ago we bumped up.
The passport pays for itself quickly thanks to the BOGO drinks & we've tried MANY businesses we'd never have discovered without it. Some we loved so much, we went back immediately with friends.
On our travels, we make sure to check to see what's close by & have even planned trips around the Hop Passport.
We've met other "hop heads" through ttacking & events, plus some fantastic brewers, who shared their stories & tips.
For 2025, we've already won 4 states, started 3 & we're itching to get in a few more - all while planning our 2026 strategy!

We love that the passport always has us looking to see if there is a brewery close during our travels. We have tried tons of breweries we may never have even known about. Some great some not, but always an adventure.

Do yourself a favor and get your Hop Passport asap!

My wife and I got passports for a wedding present and we've really loved using them. It's great to know if we can bring our dogs or if there is food available at the brewery. We haven't had any issues using the passport at any location, every place has been happy to see we have a book.

Been using Hop Passport for many years and enjoy it. I like that it is a buy one get one. Always make sure to tip on free beer as well. Has got me to many breweries that normally would not go to. Any issues I have had have been the breweries issues and not Hop Passport's. Will keep getting it for the fun it has been using it. I like the physical passport because it is fun to get it stamped.
