Throughout the process Horizon Micromobility were very quick to respond to either emails or phone calls. I had ordered the Estarli E28x at a stage early in it's production further delayed by Estarli's participation in the BIrmingham motorshow. The team at Horizon kept me informed, contacting Estarli on a couple of occasions for me. There was then a slight hiccup (not of Horizon's making) in the delivery arrangements and Matt sorted this out for me very quickly. I'd add that the courier firm they used were actually extremely helpful as well and I'll be giving them a good review.

It's a real pleasure these days to come across a company who respond to emails rapidly and answer a phone call just as rapidly with a human being doing the answering!

PS. The bike is a fantastic ride and is dealing with a very stiff hill with levels to spare.

Communication was not great no updates unless I requested one, the battery extender took ages to arrive, no problem with the product communications was appaling.

Horizon Micromobility were always responsive to my queries and my bike arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise!

Very quick service

Fantastic service from them. I managed to order the wrong sized bike because of some confusion around the specifications from the manufacturer. Took some organising but have since had the bike collected and the correct one delivered. Really chuffed with how they handled this. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Really efficient service! Ordered a e-bike via Cycle Solutions which isn't directly available to consumers in the UK. They placed the order, received and assembled the bike, then dispatched it to me all within a week. Couldn't ask for anything more.
