This is the third car I have bought from Horton Skoda . My first 2 cars I bought from Colin .
Unfortunately Colin was away from work but the service I received from the rest of the Team was just as friendly but professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

You picked up my vehicle and took it for the service,which was much appreciated as i was not really in the best of health. The car was re -delivered in first class condition. The man who picked up the car was very nice and polite what i call the old fashioned way of people being treated like. A thing i think many other companies could do to learn.

Professional service with a personal touch
Horton have been caring for my Skodas for several years. Their assessments have always been thorough and honest. Service and parts always priced in advance - no unwelcome surprises at the end of the job. Importantly, work always carried out on schedule. An added bonus is collection and return, worth the nominal fee, and saving me time and hassle. Even though I am 40 miles away, Horton remains my first choice.

Receptionist ( both of them) pleasant and efficient. Mike on service reception was also friendly and efficient and explained what was being done and kept me informed of progress.
