I could not fault the excellent customer service I received by the sales staff.

Lincoln staff are the best
The staff are always so helpful, even when there is an issue they go out of their way to help and resolve this, we had a 2 day delay to pick up of the car post an electrical issue, they did everything possible to resolve and even sent a sorry basket which was a thoughtful and kind gesture

The staff at Horton Skoda are friendly and efficient, and this comes from the top. The proof? Complimentary drinks and biscuits while you wait, your car cleaned before they return it to you and on this occasion, even though it was only a routine service, they even noticed that my windscreen wipers needed changing so asked if I wanted that dealt with too. Attention to detail - it's what they're good at!
