Lack of communication re delivery
No real issues with ordering but the communication around delivery was quite poor. They did did advise that the item was going to be delayed but I didn't receive an email as promised when the item was actually dispatched, and I had to call twice to get the tracking data for the delivery.

pleasent sleep and comfort.
i have degenerative spinal and hip arthritis ..
This mattress is firm and not too soft, it is comfortable for me and moves with the bed very easily and maintains its shape, i do have a 2 in topper too but i don't really need it with this mattress .. i am very happy with it. There are no smells, it came in a thick plastic bag to keep it clean in transit and was delivered to my flat not left outside.

Unreliability
Firstly there was a hold up at your end so delivery was late even though it was paid for secondly the bed does not work as something is broken so it’s not fit for purpose we informed you of this weeks ago and sent a video but nothing as yet has been done about it so we are thinking we should get you to collect it and return our money

Prompt delivery of an excellent product.
I wasn't sure if the Alerta Bubble 2 mattress would be any good as the price was so low, relatively, but it's fantastic and probably the best 50-odd quid I've spent. The product is very well made and is really comfortable to lie on. The fact you can adjust the amount of air that is pumped into it to suit your weight is an excellent feature. I was starting to get a pressure sore on my tailbone but this disappeared as soon as I started using the product. My shoulders also feel less sore in the morning too. The Alerta Bubble 2 mattress has improved my sleep greatly. Delivery was prompt too. I would recommend this product and this company.
