If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
The bed was ordered 14 days ago and when we chased this, we were told that the delivery company would be in touch. A week goes by and still nothing. Same message on the phone today - need to wait. I asked what contact details they are using and it turns out there was an error in details put in on line (digit missing from phone number) and so the delivery company will not have been able to get in contact. The person on the phone seemed pleased that this is my fault and not helpful at all. Still no idea if the delivery company will phone me or when we will get the bed!

I am very sorry that I could not reply sooner, but I asked for additional information via the Trustpilot contact system but I did not receive a reply.
I am very sorry for the delay with the delivery and installation of the bed you purchased.
If there are any inconsistencies with the contact details on an order, the installation company normally contacts us and we contact the customer to verify the delivery address or the contact telephone number.
I am very sorry that in this case, that did not happen, so until you called, we were unaware that there was any issues with the installation.
I am very sorry if you felt the person you spoke to was pleased that the error on the order was not due to their mistake. This certainly was not the intention and I am very sorry that you were left feeling that way.
I have spoken to the installation company and they confirmed that the bed was successfully installed today.
I hope the bed meets the users needs and if you do need anything further, please let me know and I will deal with it personally.

Horrible customer experience
Avoid this company.
I didn't buy what I was expecting and the customer advisors were not proactive with ensuring I was getting what was intended and advising me on my purchase which was an expensive 600 cushion that I was unable to use. The item came shoddily packaged and already open, so I could not send it back unopened as the box was ripped open on arrival. I sent it back but was refused a refund so am not a happy bunny and believe they should be much more customer focused to vulnerable disabled customers. They had plenty of opportunities to ensure I was buying what I needed through talking to customer advisors but chose to blame me rather than looking at their customer service.
Then they gave the audacity to ask me for a further £10 to send back the item to me .. shocking service

You contacted us and we sent you an email with some recommendations for the type of alternating pressure relief cushion you were interested in.
You placed an order online and did not select any of the the recommendations we made.
The cushion you purchased was non-returnable on hygiene grounds and before you completed your purchase, you acknowledged this by ticking the declaration to say that you understood this.
We sent you the return instructions on the proviso that the cushion had not been opened. However, when we received your returned order, it was clear that this was not the case.
We take the provision of hygiene items very seriously and it is only in cases where the item has not been opened that we provide a return on a conditional basis.
I am therefore very sorry that we were unable to provide you with a refund on this occasion.
