Delivery within stipulated time

Very happy
This is the third water pillow I have bought and I think they are really good as they can be altered to suit your needs. The price was good also, cheaper than Amazon. My order arrived really quickly and intact.

I have checked the details of your order and have found that you placed your order on 3 October and we dispatched it on 5 October. Your bed was then delivered the following day, albeit towards the end of the afternoon.
The bed you purchased includes standard 1 to 3 day delivery, so in this case, we delivered within our expected time frame, but I am very sorry if you needed the bed sooner.

Alternating pressure cushion

The situation has been resolved very amicably by Hospital Beds. The product did have a fault when they tested it and refunded my patients money. Therefore I do recommend this company
After purchasing an alternating pressure cushion for a patient with pressure ulcers, the cushion, which didn’t work correctly when tested, and would actually cause further damage,
I had to purchase an alternative product for the patient in the interim from elsewhere

Ordered the Harvest Woburn hospital bed, mattress & bumpers online over the weekend. Website order submission ran smooth and appreciated clear guidance on how to apply for a refund of VAT. VAT refund was quick, plenty of emails tracking order & delivery with goods here within 4 working days. Excellent quality with good instructions for construction. Overall, an excellent experience.
