Wanted to send something to my brother in the hospital (Lake Forest). He cannot have fresh flowers or plants or fruit etc. So I ordered 3 balloons. After I ordered I read the substitution policy and immediately called the hospital gift shop directly. I explained that it would be very inappropriate to sub a balloon that said Get Well Soon, or Hope you Feel Better. Staff member understood. My online choice was not avaliable at their location and she promised to sub an appropriate one. She did and even matched the 2 color balloons to the one that said Your Great. My brother called me twice to say how much he appreciated them.

The flowers arrived quickly and they were fresh and beautiful.

The flowers delivered did not look like the flowers advertised on the website.
Misleading. Different colors and half the size. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.

The order wasn’t delivered before patient was discharged.

If I could give zero stars I would. The site claims same day delivery. I ordered flowers on April 1 around 1:30 in the afternoon. I got a text stating the flowers had been delivered on April 4 at 6:30 at night. My father had already been discharged and never received flowers. $90 for no service. My advice, don’t use this service.

We live in Arizona and our youngest daughter was hospitalized on Monday at JFK Medical Center in Florida. For the past three days I have been ordering different items from Bridget at this location. She's kind, helpful and caring. She has made a difference in uplifting our daughter's spirit on each delivery, we're eternally grateful for her and her amazing compassion and kindness. She needs to be recognized and hopefully appreciated for all efforts, I know we do. Thank you Bridget

You guys delivered my first order to the wrong patient. Then you didn’t even get it to my family member the same day after that. Then you delivered it the next day and never attached the card. Awful experience

My student was admitted for emergency surgery. I ordered the gift on around 4pm on a Friday. Someone from the gift shop called to tell me what I ordered online would be delived to the room by 7pm that night. I explained I appreciated that because there is a language barrier when I communicate with the parents. About a week later I received an email saying the gift was delivered. I don't know who received the gift, but it was not my students. This was very disappointing.

The flowers did not make it to my granddaughter at the hospital. However, HospitalGiftShop, resent a bouquet to her home the very next day. I appreciated the extra effort they made to make sure the flowers I ordered were delivered and they were beautiful!

My co-worker in the hospital said the arrangement was beautiful.

I had a bouquet of flowers and a box of candy delivered to the nurses that took care of my mom. They said it was beautiful. I didn’t personally see it because mom was already gone before I had it delivered. I was really glad they had the ad-on option of a box of candy.

I'm not sure they even tried to deliver to the hospital. I paid for same-day delivery in the morning and they texted that afternoon saying they couldn't deliver that day. Unfortunately I don't have the address of the person I was trying to deliver to, so I ended up getting an $80 hospital bouquet delivered to my house instead (the back-up address). What a waste of money. Call a local florist instead.
