If I could give no stars I would I went there in November of last year for a hair transplant. They took me to a small room not at the hospital. The Dr . That where to supposed to have performed the surgery didn’t . I wasn’t informed until they began the procedure. I’ve been having complications. Ives called them they will not respond back to me.No results at all. I’m thinking the surgeon that did it wasn’t a real surgeon or had license to do it. That’s why it was done late at night in another facility. Please stay away from Hospital XP I’m warning you they are horrible and money hungry!!!!!

I had liposuction surgery scheduled and I decided to cancel due to high blood pressure, anxiety and safety concerns, but this place took )$3000 of my money and charged me so many made up fees! I working with my lawyer to get all my funds back! This place is such a scam! They will give you one price and when you make it to turkey it’s triples! Marko weee my medical advisor that lied to me also and the translator was so pushy. I ask for a PDF copy of the charges but never received one! No way my money should have been taken away like this cause I refuse service and my health comes first! This place is a scam!! Dentspa is also a big scam so be aware!

I was already working with DentSpa to get perfect smiles myself and my husband, so I asked about a consultation for correcting some cosmetic damage to my neck and chin. I'm extremely happy with the price, the care, and the quality of work done at Hospital XP. I wish to send my sincere thanks to my translator who did double duty as my counselor and sounding board, giving endless encouragement and keeping me positive.

I had work done by hospital xp, I was going to get additional work done but decided not to.
I gave them a total of 19,800, my work came to 13,825 for a difference of $5,985 plus was promised a 500$ hotel credit, a total of 6,485, they refuse to give me more than $4,000 back which they have claimed to have put on my credit card at least 10 times.
If you question them about a bad review they come up with excuses for it.
I was happy with my doctor for most procedures from hospital xp.

I was not happy with the hair because it was suppose to be a doctor that performed the procedure and it was not. They also didn't tell me that they don't do the sides of your head, which is where I need it the most.

Don't be fooled by the looks of the place, they make it luxurious and definitely be aware if you go to dentaspa their other company. They are the worst. I have a set of teeth that belong in a mouth 5 times my size. They have incompetent dentists. I have texts of me telling them the teeth were too big, but not hard to figure out. Plus they pulled teeth unnecessarily and did root canals that did not work.

My wife and I attended the Denta Spa clinic where I had some work done on my top Jaw my wife wanted to have eye surgery and we were recommended by Denta Spa to XP Hospital which we have since found out is part of the same group. My wife had a terrible experience with the Hospital who never actually have anything to do with the surgery as they give your case to other hospitals. My wife Claire at the time paid a deposit of £300 for further surgery however due to the terrible experience she suffered previously decided not to continue with the surgery and we were told we would get our deposit back don't believe them they do everything to make sure you do not get your deposit back a simple refund on to an original card would of solved the whole issue however the card machine was used from Denta Spa and I was told that we would get a refund if we proved who we paid the money to ridiculous even my credit card Company Nat West tried to solve this matter but Hospital XP were not having any of it so needless to say we never got a refund from them. Do we recommend them YES WE RECOMMEND YOU NEVER USE THE SERVICES VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. They need to be more understanding of people's bad experiences and honor their refund offer. Due to the poor service we received from the hospital and my Denta Spa experiences both my wife and I refused to have any further treatment done. So a loss of thousands of pounds because the Company did not properly return my wife's deposit of £300 was it all worth it??

This is my second time using Hospital XP, first was at DentSpa for dental implants with zirconia Malo Bridge and now I’m currently in Istanbul and have just completed Rhinoplasty.

Without doubt my experience here has been nothing short of amazing! From my first consult with Adam, Hospital XP staff and all the way through to my treatment with world a class surgeon I have been absolutely blessed and taken care off by all here and can’t thank them enough!

There’s not enough words to describe my excitement and pleasure I have had dealing with all associated with Hospital XP.

Very very very highly recommend Hospital XP for their great communication, quality service, great price and excellent results!

**Hospital XP is a Scam—Stay Away!**

I waited 8 months to write this review because I've been processing the trauma caused by this place, and I'm finally done with their useless post-surgical management team. If you’re considering Hospital XP, **DO NOT BOOK HERE**. My experience was a nightmare that has left me with regret, wasted money, and irreversible damage.

I came all the way from the U.S., excited for multiple procedures. I trusted them because of all the positive reviews, but I’m convinced now that they fabricate them. My initial contact, Dr. Goscia, reassured me for months, pairing me with a surgeon she said was highly skilled. But when I arrived, they casually informed me that my surgeon was on vacation and I’d be getting a different doctor—a complete bait and switch!

Feeling stuck, I went ahead with the surgeries with DR. EMRE , and it was the worst mistake of my life. The new surgeon was more interested in getting content for his Instagram than in my care. His unprofessionalism and the incompetence of the staff were shocking. After the surgeries, I knew immediately the results were not what I wanted, but I was told to wait for the swelling to go down. Two months later, my face looked the same as before, and I still had **staples in my head** that they told me to get removed back home—unethical and absurd.

When I confronted Dr. Goscia about my disappointment, she blocked me after months of giving me the runaround. I was then passed to Adel, who also lied and stalled, promising solutions that never came. They clearly don’t care about their patients once they’ve taken your money.

To make matters worse, I got veneers done, despite asking them not to shave my teeth too much. They shaved them down so much that I can never go back to my natural teeth. I’m devastated.

This place is a disaster. They lure you in with fake professionalism and sweet talk, but once they have your money, you’re nothing to them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I wasted over $10,000 and months of my life. **Avoid Hospital XP at all costs.**

I just had my hair transplant done at HospitalXP and it was an awesome experience. Adele and Imane are great at what they do. They knew I was flying out in 48 hours and arranged everything. Imane stood by me the whole time. The transplant team were great. They monitored my blood pressure throughout the process and did a marvelous job. They have been communicating with me every step of the way and have given me clear instructions on what to expect and how to proceed. I greatly recommend HospitalXP for your hair transplant needs.

I had first treatment at the XP Hospital in January and I returned in July. I received a very warm welcome from the whole team: the manager, Ms. Mira, Adel and Iman. I am happy to have followed their recommendations for the products used and the treatments performed. I am very satisfied and will visit them every time I am in Istanbul.

This was not a planned visit and yet it turned out the best clinic experience I had ever. I've been postponing my facial treatments because I couldn't find a clinic I could trust. When Adele helped me make a treatment plan and gave me best options I said to myslef " now or never". Thank you Adele. When Dr. Perihan and Mira took over I knew I'm in competent and caring hands. Thank you Dr. Perihan for your expert skill and professionalism.Mira went up and beyond to make this experience less stressful and helped me get the best options for the treatment. Thank you Mira for everything you do. A big thank you to all staff at the reception very welcoming and acomodating. I'll come back for some other procedures and I'll recommend this place to all my colleagues and friends in Canada. Thank you ALL.🙏

Were nice people and clinic, nice experience

I recently just returned from a fantastic trip to Istanbul. I was only planning to get some minor dental work done, when I found out about this clinic called Hospital XP. I’m so glad that I checked it out. What an amazing experience…staff/Doctors, Quite literally from start to finish. This all happened in one single day))They picked me up with a private driver and (an awesome translator who spoke English Adele he was really at my beck & call 24/7) I can’t thank him enough!) they took me to consultation appointment 10 am brought me back to my hotel picked me up again at 4 PM for my procedure. I had full facial Botox done as well as full face filler. & lip augmentation. The procedure was painless and extremely comfortable. I credit that to the amazing doctor that performed this for me.

Best clinic in Istanbul. Very nice and calming facial treatment. Everyone is really sweet, they even brought a cake as it was my birthday!

I made a facial esthetic job in Hospitalxp and it was great experience the doctor hand is very soft I wasn’t in pain through the procedure. I advise you to go there they’re very professional.
