I've been with HostArmada for a few years now. What I like most about them is the customer service. They are super responsive - even if I mark a support ticket as low priority/urgency, I usually get a response within minutes. They are willing to do everything they can to help. I'm not au fait with technical terms - not a developer/coder, just someone trying to run a business on a budget - and they are always polite and willing to help me figure out what are probably basic issues. I did have a couple of technical issues after upgrading plans (downtime and loss of files) and they fixed both of these once alerted to the problems. So overall, I'm really satisfied with the service and human touch (please never get chatbots). Their knowledgebase is also great.

I used the chat to get the site under my email address... the previous person retired. I tried to do this same thing with GoDaddy for another site and they gave me the run around and we lost the domain. I will never use GoDaddy and will use HostArmada from here on out.

I've found them around late 2019 and have been alwys returning them again adn again for all hosting solutions. Even I have tried many other big companies but HostArmada always answered my crazy detailed questions from chats, tickets and other places.
They were always helpful and solution focused. Never heard and bad response from them. I know it sounds cheesy but this is the reaily.

We purchased a Reseller Hosting Package from HostArmada starting from 2023. From choosing the package, we were mis-lead by Sales that our package resources were for ourselves. However, after a few month, they keep on stopping our services due to 1 of the website on the platform uses too much resources and is effecting their our platform on the Reseller Server (First time I heard they share resources on Reseller Servers).
Yesterday, we faced the most unacceptable mistake and attitude by this hosting company (We have used many hosting providers for Reseller Hosting as we have 4 Servers across with over 300 websites). They decided to migrate our entire Reseller Server to a new server at 5:00am GMT, which contains 50+ hosting account and close to 100 active E-Mail accounts.
The Migration did not complete until 10:10am while into the business day, and then their Server migration team decide to update DNS only then, and we had to wait some server up to 7 hours to complete the global DNS propagation, resulting our customers E-Mail services down for the ENTIRE BUSINESS DAY. (And they said the migration was carefully planned)
Over the years, we have had many migrations for our 4 Reseller Servers to new servers and have never experienced down time.
Of course, their Customers Service Manager refuse to acknowledge their own mistake and told us that we should have notified our customers in advance about the down time ?!?! WHAT ?!?!
Stay away from them if you have multiple accounts.

I just migrated 3 of my sites over to HostArmada and they helped me every step of the way. I was able to test out the new hosted sites before they were live and the ssl was installed shortly after. No down time. I was nervous about switching hosts, but it was a great experience. Now to move a couple more sites over.

What I really don’t like:
Fake pricing. You’ll be charged a much higher rate after your initial billing period ends. For example, I started at $5 per month, but it increased to $20. That’s fine — I decided to keep using the hosting.
However, offering only 90GB of traffic for $20 is a terrible decision. You can’t purchase additional traffic.
With so many bots consuming website bandwidth these days, limiting traffic to 90GB for $20 is unreasonable.
If you’re just launching a small homepage, it might be okay to try.
But if you want to avoid the hassle of moving to another hosting provider later, choose a good host from the start — one with a fair pricing policy and reasonable traffic limits.
I’m closing all my accounts and switching to another hosting provider. I’m really tired of having to fight over a few extra gigabytes after exceeding the 90GB limit.
