We are fully aware that your account was created as part of a fraudulent scheme aimed at exploiting affiliate commissions. This dishonest practice has already been detected and confirmed. It is no coincidence that after we opened a support ticket to notify you about the excessive bandwidth usage on a entry tier shared hosting plan—where you attempted to stream video content directly from the server—you immediately left a negative review.
Your pattern of behavior, along with that of your associates, is clear: creating dummy accounts, abusing resources, attempting to arbiter payouts, and then using negative reviews as leverage to get these commissions approved and actually receive a payout. We do not engage with scammers, nor will we be coerced by threats.
Our priority is to serve legitimate customers who use our services as intended—not fraudulent accounts designed to manipulate the system. If necessary, we will pursue legal action to protect our business and reputation.

I maintain a Naval Veterans website but have little to no knowledge of back of house procedures. Over the years we have had a number of 'Hosts' most offer technical advice but Armada is outstanding, when on the occasions I needed help (most probably my fault) Customer Support have stayed with me until the problem solved. If your a novice I couldn't recommend HostArmada more.

Terrible Experience with HostArmada: Unreliable Service and Extra Charges
I am extremely disappointed with HostArmada hosting. I purchased their highest WordPress plan expecting top-notch service, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Both of my websites are constantly down and do not work properly despite being on their so-called premium plan.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to their support team for help, instead of resolving the issue, they demanded extra money to fix it. This is absolutely unacceptable—why should I pay more when I’ve already invested in their highest plan?
If you're considering HostArmada, think twice. Their service is unreliable, and their support team seems more interested in upselling than solving problems. I would not recommend this hosting service to anyone.

Perfect for our Needs
We decided to find a new hosting solution for our domain, website and email because the provider we were using decided about 2 or three years ago to dictate the services that we were required to subscribe to keep our website up and running. Our site is just a personal family website that our extended family shares stories, pics and recipes with. We also use our domains for email. The Staff at HostArmada made the switch very easy even though our provider at the time went out of their way to make each step difficult. This all went down the week of Christmas this year and the HostArmada staff was very prompt and made sure we had the answers we needed to get the job done. The customer service was fantastic which makes me want to recommend their hosting services to all my friends and family.

Managed WP Hosting with care
After many months of looking for a hosting provider for WordPress sites that offers great security, excellent privacy, at realistic prices, I finally picked HostArmada.
Their plans are excellent, and the features offered for each plan makes sense. I've dealt with their support and sales team a lot while trying to find solutions for clients of mine. In the end I've had experience with their Site Carrier VPS and SpeedReaper and I am absolutely blown away.
Starting with their sales team, I've been working for several months now with Charmaine, who is outstanding. I've had a brilliant time working with their tech support team. One individual, I wish I could remember his name at the moment, was absolutely instrumental in helping me get the Site Carrier VPS setup and running smoothly. I've been working with Bogdan with my Site Reaper plan as well. All three of them have been insanely helpful, answering questions in a very clear way. Even on Christmas day!
Honestly, if you need any form of WP hosting, and you want to offload the whole server management part of your infrastructure, go with HostArmada. Could not recommend them more!

I had the worst experience
I had the worst experience, it was a year-long experience with their referral program. I had many problems, such as rejecting referrals for flimsy reasons. I was also threatened more than once by the affiliate manager about customer reviews. If a customer gives them a bad review, they will blame the referrer and not their team. I then contacted Mr. Bogdan, who played his unethical role in promising to solve the problems I had. To my surprise, I and many others closed their affiliate accounts without committing any mistake. I really regret dealing with them.

We are disheartened by the deliberate misrepresentation in this review and feel it is necessary to set the record straight for the sake of transparency.
The claims made here are part of a coordinated and orchestrated scheme aimed at exploiting our affiliate program. A group, led by the reviewer, or the reviewer using different email addresses created multiple affiliates accounts, that referred a large number dummy accounts under the lowest plan tier, specifically designed to abuse our system by arbitraging the sign-up price against the affiliate commission reward. These accounts had a renewal rate of only 1.51%—the lowest ever recorded in our affiliate program—clearly indicating the lack of genuine intent to use our services.
No affiliate accounts were closed voluntarily. Each partnership was terminated by our team because it posed significant business risks or was deemed fraudulent based on concrete evidence. Every single commission that complied with our affiliate terms was paid out in full before account termination.
The mere fact that the reviewer knows details about other closed accounts further supports the notion that this was a coordinated effort. It is evident that these actions were not accidental or isolated but part of an ongoing attempt to exploit our affiliate system over the past two years.
What we will not tolerate, however, is false and defamatory claims aimed at damaging our reputation.
For additional context, the reviewer, Mohamed Elgabry, personally reached out to multiple HostArmada representatives following the termination of his account. His email clearly shows his desperation to reinstate the partnership:
"I wanted to share with you that I’ve gone through a very difficult time over the past ten days since the cancellation of our partnership. I have not made any referrals, nor have I been advising clients as I used to. I feel lost and confused, unsure of how to guide clients or offer them the right advice.
This situation has deeply affected me, especially since I saw our partnership as a key part of providing the best solutions to clients. I hope there might be an opportunity to revisit this decision or explore other options that could help me rebuild this relationship in a way that benefits both parties.

Despite making numerous exceptions for ineligible commissions and accounts that were clearly not using our services past the sign-up stage, this individual and their associates continue to resort to defamatory tactics, including this review.
Let it be clear: if this behavior persists, we will take legal action to protect our company from fraudulent activities and slander.
We are committed to providing a fair and transparent affiliate program to all partners who engage with integrity and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.
