I loved every minute of my experience

I loved every minute of my experience with Elementor’s customer support. It was incredibly easy to get in touch with a real human instead of an AI

The agent I spoke with was quick to respond, patient when I needed time, and took time to clarify and answer the questions I had. They even went out of their way to help me with an issue that wasn't related to the original ticket.

This ended up being the longest time I had spent talking with customer support, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Website runs well, but they broke it and didn't tell me

Website runs well, however... a recent upgrade with a bug caused my website to be broken. I received no notification that there may be an issue from Elementor which, as a paying customer I would have expected. As a result the our business website was broken for weeks before we discovered. The support and fix were quick but after requesting future better comms in case this recurs I received this answer - not good enough Elementor - please do better.
"I completely understand your disappointment, and I’m sorry there was no proactive communication about this issue. Your feedback is valid, and I’ll be sure to share it with the team so we can improve how we handle notifications moving forward.

At the moment, we don’t have a specific distribution list for advance bug alerts, but updates are shared through our official status and update channels when available."

Payment for annual renewal has been…

Payment for annual renewal has been made.
My websites are no longer activated.
I cannot see any payment history in my account, nor how payments are made, even though payment is made automatically via my credit card.
The information in my account is hopelessly inadequate, even though I have been a customer for years.
I cannot find any information about my payments or payment methods.
I find this completely unprofessional.
Reaching support is also a maze when you supposedly have not made any payments.

Your Reply from today 19/1/26 is also not ok! Nothing has changed with my account and websites ... Support is not responding.
