Our experience with HostPinnacle has been nothing short of a nightmare. On June 27, 2025, all our domains and associated services (websites, emails, etc.) went down, completely paralyzing our operations. As a tech company serving clients, this outage caused massive disruption and financial loss.
Despite multiple emails, support tickets, and even phone calls, there was no meaningful response or resolution from the HostPinnacle team. To make matters worse, our ticket was closed without resolving the issue, and our calls to support went unanswered. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
We clearly communicated the urgency, demanded a root cause analysis, and asked for a resolution timeline. To date, we’ve received zero updates, and our business continues to suffer as a result.
If you're considering HostPinnacle for domain or hosting services, proceed with extreme caution. When you need them most, they simply won’t show up. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them to any serious business or professional.
