I honestly regret ever dealing with Hostraha. I purchased a VPS 3 days ago and it is still stuck on “pending” with absolutely no progress. I cannot use anything, and there’s zero transparency on what’s going on.
I have opened multiple support tickets — none have been answered. I’ve tried calling them, but the phone doesn’t go through. I even reached out via WhatsApp, and all I keep getting is the same useless response: “We have seen your message, your credentials will be sent.” Yet nothing is ever sent.
I have now requested a refund, and still no one is responding. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I genuinely question whether this is a legitimate company. If it’s not a scam, then it’s a company that seriously needs to be audited and held accountable.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using Hostraha to be very careful. Open an account at your own risk.

Horrible experience for first-time users. Wasted hours on just getting my own credentials, still not resolved and enquiries take 24 hours. Ridiculous!

Company does not have support, I have lost clients especially because of issues that my hosting provider would have easily solved for me. Their phones have been off for the longest, support chat button does not work

Hostraha has proven to be one of the most unreliable providers I have come across.
A hosting company’s most important responsibility is to ensure their clients’ websites remain accessible and to provide dependable support when issues arise. Hostraha fails on both fronts. Their support is consistently unavailable, leaving clients stranded with no clear way to get assistance when it matters most.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable in a service industry where businesses depend on stability and communication. Paying customers deserve reliability, transparency, and a partner that can be reached when needed — not silence.
In my experience, Hostraha does not meet even the basic standards of professionalism required in this space. I would strongly advise businesses to look elsewhere for hosting solutions.

Pathetic hosting company. I hosted here, my website went offline for long periods of time, the customer care number doesnt work, and when it does, they dont pick. mail servers keep on breaking down, and nobody is there to assist. I had to migrate the hosting and leave the domain here since the hosting was the problem, will move it out too. I guess its more of a school project than a real hosting company

Please see if it's possible to provide DNS configuration capabilities on your website that one can utilize instead of having to contact customer care.

You also didn't inform me earlier that mobile money is only possible via STK push. I would have selected another method. Otherwise, give the converted amount to enable mobile payment. Later I tried paying via debit card; the payment button wasn't responding. I have good internet and a powerful PC...it makes me worried about the quality of service you offer if your own website has these issues

Hostraha is a good hosting company but has some quirks here and there. The response time to tickets is so low or some are not responded at all. The customer support on page is quick I have to say, hats off. But the major issue is your systems. Some of my sites stop working by themselves even without interfering with anything then am told the issues are on my side and everything was working perfectly before, also the session management is a bit unpleasant because it's like my login session is tied to my IP address or something so using a Dynamic IP from my WIFI becomes a problem and am forced to use mobile data, Please fix that. Otherwise, it's a solid hosting service, just needs a bit of improvement which I believe will come soon.
