I've been using their annual VPS offer for over 2 years now. Great value - real big bang for the buck! Had a few minor issues along the way, but they were resolved. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

im client of this so call hosting company since last year, September. bought it because it was cheap and I said I will it a try, the first and second month all was good and running stable, but then it started with some IPv4/IPv6 outages and by now almost daily reboots of the VPS. The support keep lying they found abusers on the node and he is removed and now all is good and stable, BUT 1 or 2 days later some problem, I asked that my VPS be migrated to a more stable node, but Ralph | HostSlim Staff ignored that, I asked that my VPS should be terminated and move to their .NL location, he didn't wanted that and I also asked for a partial refund, he wanted to give me store credit, I'm not sure what to do with it, probably buy more trash.
SO I WOULDNT recommend ANYONE to rent from this person something.

Poor, services are regularly going down. When they do go down support are slow to respond and normally take several attempts and many days to even weeks to actually fix any issue. With so many competitors available in the market, with similar or better prices, they really aren't even worth trying.

Ordered a dedicated server from Hostslim, server went down and still is down for 4 weeks already.
After 16 days of downtime they managed to replace the server with a server without harddisk, so again unusable, I created a new ticket complaining about the lack of harddrive and since then it's complete radiosilence for 14 days and counting already.

Tickets aren't handled, their own SLA is a real joke.
Their administration is a mess, after payment you still receive Unpaid invoice notifications and they send invoices for non-working services.
When servers are delivered it's with crappy, non working controlpanels.
When you finally got it running, fingers crossed, when something goes wrong with their service, your screwed.

Highly not advisable provider.

They don't have experience, support isn't helping and your problem isn't solved, recently I needed assistence with a problem and they didn't helped me. After some days trying to solve my problem I seen my VPS is expiring and I didn't actually installed anything on it, it expired, I said in ticket this and they said "If the invoice is already created, pay it and we'll add more time like 2 weeks" in conditions I didn't made anything on it. I wonder why this company still exist :)

My dedicated server took almost 2 months to arrive, it didn't worked at all and I couldn't install anything on it, the domains too, the vps have 4gb ram or 8 that isn't enough to run a modern application for the money is listed... Don't buy from this, you don't deserve that!

The uptime is great, solid servers make all my websites run well. And of course the price is very affordable.

I bought 2 domains. Instead of a near-instant buy of the domains, I had to wait a month, then wrote a ticket like: hey some action perhaps? And nothing happened. A second ticket to ask for money back too, but nothing happened. Do not buy from them, there is something really wrong when the service stops answering questions or refunding money. Perhaps they are taken over or something like that. Anyway don´t use HostSlim!!!!!

I already put in two tickets without any reply, so very nice that they are now replying with the message let me know which account you have, but they just ignore their own tickets....

"iperf3 -c server -R -u -b 10M" test reports that inbound packets are lost almost every second, average losses are 3% for 24h test, support simply stretches the time saying that the network upgrade will solve the problem and that abusive vps will be terminated which doesn't help

Terrible support. After self-order cannot answer any questions. Don't work with them

They don't answer your tickets. They don't answer their telephone. Very bad. Very disappointed by this company. Don't get a domain here, don't host here.

That was amazing, I recently bought a vps from they and everything is working properly, amazing ddos protection, amazing hosting...

There's a company that scammed me by cancelling my service without a refund and even cancelling my ticket. Ticket ID: 119682

I've used Hostslim (hostslim-eu/VPSSLIM) for 5 months. Recently, they suspended my VPS with no warning. I'm unsure why and they haven't replied to my ticket for over 24 hours. Customer service is slow, often taking days to respond. With mediocre performance and better options available, I've moved my services elsewhere. Avoid them if you value your business

After purchasing, I contacted via skype and asked when it would be delivered and he told me it would be delivered within the day.

Finally on June 3rd the server was delivered but nothing was working properly. The operating system was not installed on the server.

I requested a refund and never received a refund.

Still no response about the refund.

My website has been down for a full day. I have created a support request, but no one is looking, my website is still down. this is a disgrace. I demand that my site be opened immediately.

This company is a total scam. I was planning on letting them host a server and paid in advance for a month. After exchanging some emails it became clear to me that they are quite incompetent and I resigned within 14 days.
After several reminders about paying me back and opening two support tickets, it became quiet from their side.
I decided to hire a collection agency but HostSlim simply denied they know me and didn’t pay me back until this day.
Avoid this company!

I've got a fast and friendly response and help to my technical issue in the latest days. My problem has been solved correctly within one day. I have a small VPS with them more than a year ago usually without any major problems. Overall I'm satisfied with them :)

Their Debian installer for dedicated servers doesn't work and their support is disaster failing to fix the issue and even failing to respond to tickets after days. They even didn't refund after failing to provide the ordered service.
