As a VPN service provider we are very happy with the good service of HostSlim.
We brought our own /24 subnet for a BGP session and it was announced within less than a day.
I can only recommend them to others.
If you are looking for a good hosting provider in the Netherlands HostSlim is the right choice.

We were leasing IPv4 /22 ranges for this client and he was always late with payments. Also got our IP ranges to blacklist and now nobody wants to lease from us because he messed up those IP ranges.

I had 5 reseller accounts and all accounts fail. Over time I scaled down to 2 reseller accounts and even those did not survive, This is a nightmare, lost so many hours and sites with this provider you cannot imagine.

I loved their service.
They are attentive and very helpful.
They treat their customers first and very carefully all the time.
hostslim is to be congratulated!

Worst host I've been with. The support is slow, arrogant and often doesn't even bother trying to fix the issue at hand. Very disappointed, switching to a different host. Should've done so ages ago.

Been working with Hostslim for years. They're very responsive AND FUN! It's been a pleasure talking to them via tickets or live chat, whichever my problem has been. They deserve my 5 stars 100%. Cheap, great service, free SSL!!! All-in-all outstanding.

Whenever I have an issue with my VPS, they get back to me either pretty quickly (over night) or VERY quickly during the day, either way I'm extremely happy with their services. They do their best to help me with any issues I have regardless if it's my own fault or not! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Help service completely unable to understand and solve problems. They changed my public IPs (after 10 months) without notify me and they said they can't give my old IP back.
Lots of IP ranges are BLACKLISTED, so users on your site will get warnings about malwares, etc. and email sent from your server will be identified as SPAM.
They took 2 weeks to get the VPS running after my purchase!!

Terribly unprofessional. Servers went down with no prior notice. Company tweeted that servers are "on-route to the new datacenter within 15 minutes." 48 hours later, all servers are still down. Company's website is down. They do not reply to emails. They just tweeted that "servers are being powered on", but 14 hours later they are still down. I can't imagine how anyone would find this acceptable. Whatever reasons they have, 48 hours of downtown just screams "we have no idea what we are doing"

Been using them more than 12 months now. Support is very slow though. You are only good until your stuff is working

Simply the best support I never had with a vps company.

One time I asked them to implement the latest iso of my favorite Linux distribution and I was paying for the cheapest VPS and they did it for me.

My new service I just paid was in pending and I am little impatient, open a ticket and they sped thing up for me.

Real advanced human support not cut and paste support.

Positive confirmation by email for all access codes and data with robust server setup options and a good range of payment options. This is clearly a server host that is of enterprise standard suitable for both business and personal use alike with personalised administration to match.
