Terrible customer service

My wife booked a room for a volleyball tournament in Cincinnati, Ohio. She thought she was talking to Hilton Hotel employees and they never corrected her. The event made some changes, and we needed to talk to hotels4teams to see what options we had to make adjustments to the reservation. Calling the main number never go through to a person, the automated system just said it's creating a ticket for us. After four days, we got an automated email that provided no help. After over a dozen calls to their automated system and just sorta punching in different options, I talked to a real person, who said they couldn't transfer me to the escalation department. He could only send a message and they'd call us. They called the wrong number, and left a voice mail with how to call him back. I called that number ALL DAY...over 2 dozen times over 2 days and it doesn't ring. Just says "User Unavailable". Then, they sent us an email saying they were sorry we canceled our reservation but they would not be refunding our money. We never requested a cancelation. So now we have no reservation and are out $564.00. Hotels4Teams is the worst example of their industry.

Hidden Service Fee, Bad Customer Service, Unhelpful

For one of my daughter's club volleyball tournaments were are being required to book thru Hotels4Teams. After today I wish they had chosen a different path. 1. After I booked a fully refundable room that said I owed nothing up front I get notified that my card was charged $39.90, no where was I notified prior to booking that I would be charged a non-refundable fee. 2. When I attempted to modify my reservation to add an additional night I was informed that I had to call support and the online chat couldn't assist me. 3. I called the online Support and was told that the hotel didn't have my reservation yet to see if I could extend my stay but the agent could make me another reservation with yet another $39.90 service fee for the additional night. I declined as I didn't want 2 reservations and 2 fees (that I didn't realize I was being charged). The agent informed me that she couldn't help me if I wasn't willing to pay the fee to have her make an additional reservation.

I have dealt with other team booking sites/organizations and this was by far the worst experience ever. All others were up front about the non-refundable fees, that were never more than $15. I even searched the FAQ to see if just missed it somewhere, nope it is not anywhere. I will be making a complaint to the Tournament as well suggesting that they refrain from using this organization in the future.

I say buyer beware. Know that even if it says the hotel rate is refundable know that you will be charged a hefty service fee for any changes you want to make. In addition Hotels4Teams isn't even able to modify your reservation, so basically they do nothing and collect the fee. Now I will have to reach out to the hotel tomorrow in hopes that they have my reservation by then to see if they can add an additional night to it.

I will avoid using Hotels4Teams in the future if I can manage it.

Big deal

Excelent, they have everything super clean, the breakfast was super good. The service excelent, the grilling area super good for a big family and our room was really good, nice and clean. For sure we will be back again . Thank you 😊

Easy to see hotels by distance

Easy to see hotels by distance to location. Prices were comparable to other sites. No response when I emailed about additional charge.

Easy booking …

I have been booking with them for about 3 years and having the best support I really need it. Best prices , easy booking and good team working to support you as you need it!
My soon play soccer and we are always on the road so hotel4teams is my choice to book .

Win, Win!!! Great price!

I am so happy I stumbled upon Hotels4Teams!! I got a great price and am very pleased with the ease of making this reservation online. It is almost as if Hotels4Teams found me and gave me this great price at the hotel for us to attend our grandson's baseball tournament.

NEVER use this service

I am writing this for Aciano Gonzalez. His son was playing in a soccer tournament. After booking the room, he found out that his son was playing on Saturday afternoon. He had booked 2 nights because he thought his son was playing on Saturday morning. My boss secretary called the hotel to cancel Friday night only for me. She was told that to contact Hotels4Teams. She emailed several times and when she finally got someone, they called the hotel and kept me on the line explaining that we were not able to come until Saturday. When my family arrived, I was told that since we did not show up on Friday, that our reservation was cancelled. They kept my payment in full and charged me again to stay on Saturday night. I will NEVER use this service again! It cost me over $500.

Making Reservations

Your website for making reservations was easy enough. I wanted to a hotel that was close to William Raines High School for the GCAC Track & Field.

Completely frustrated!

I made two reservations for three rooms. One of the reservations was cancelled by the company. However my card was charged for the rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through this third party. I repeatedly tried to call the company and could not get a representative to answer. I even put in a request with the live chat and I remained 4th in line for an extended period of time.

Super Easy, Great Customer Service

This was super easy and the customer service was great! Instead of a 3-night minimum through other sites, I was able to find a new, clean, and smoke-free hotel for just 1 night, 2 days before our event! So thankful!
