The rudeness of the woman behind the front desk will stay with me forever, as it was unnecessary and I've never experienced anything like it before. We were on our way out to explore the city and wanted to report a couple of things ie: tv not working and shower broken. Without being able to say a word Nanna screamed, shouted and said "I don't care if you're a guest" I was so shocked and honestly still am.
I couldn't say anything then, but here I will say, there must be better places to stay in the same location. The room had a very obvious slanting floor, as if you're on a hill, ok it's an old building. The bathroom was small, there wasn't enough toiletries left, I know you can.ask for more, but leave at least enough for two people in the first place.
I would advise the manager go check the accuracy of this complaint and not believe his member of staff's version of events, as he wasn't there, 3 other people were though, maybe check camera footage. Be professional and apologise.
