I verified our system, and confirmed that your purchase was canceled due to a Chargeback on 31/07/2025.
A Chargeback is a process where a customer contacts their bank, financial institution, or the payment service provider used in the purchase (e.g., PayPal) to dispute a charge made on their credit or debit card. Chargebacks typically occur when a customer believes a purchase was unauthorized, fraudulent, or did not meet the agreed-upon expectations.
In some cases, the card issuer may initiate a Chargeback if they find the purchase suspicious, or it deviates from your usual shopping habits.
As much as I would be happy to tell you otherwise, when a Chargeback is requested, the access to your product is automatically blocked. If you're interested in its content, you'll need to make the purchase again or check with your bank if it's possible to reverse the process.

Doubled charged my account. Now out $50 and still waiting for refund. According to website could take over a month. This is crazy do not deal with this company. I have absolutely no money now because they took my money and won’t give it back for 30 days if then. I will post more.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I was mislead and tricked into purchasing software. I immediately requested a refund. I was told I'd receive it. When I didn't I wrote back and they told me it could take up to 15 days. Then when I still hadn't received it they told me it could take up to 60 days. They took my money in April and I have emailed them over and over and I still don't have my refund. Now when I checked their website it says that I never requested a refund and the time to request it has passed. I'm on the verge of tears because it was 4.000 SEK and I really need that money. PayPal can't help me cuz it's past the time limit they have so now I'm f***ed. I don't know what to do, I have enough issues as is and this is more than I can handle as a disabled burnt out person. I feel used and I can not stress enough how many times I've contacted them, how many times I've requested the refund and the amount of times it said I would receive a refund. Whatever you do don't trust them and don't punches anything from this company. When I contacted the chat bot on the website I chose English but halfway through it changed to Spanish and I couldn't change it back. They're not responding to my emails and I just feel like giving up because without that money I'm a***ed since I can't work. I've been waiting and waiting for that money and done everything I can but I still don't have my money and it's almost September.

fraud and scam
fraud and scam, nothing else, was supposed to buy something that was YouTube related, but ended up being sent from website to website, I ended up with hotmart, who doesn't know anything about my purchase when I demand my money back, so I've started a case against them, a roberta from this scam company keeps writing that she can help but she just drags it all out

A platform that facilitates scams
This company is the go-to platform for scammers on Facebook and instagram. NEVER buy through this platfotm. In my case I created a disposable virtual debit card at my bank for the purchase, and received a message that payments for services could not be made with a disposable card. Yet I still received an invoice and a payment was processed. I initiated a refund yet tracking its status is almost impossible as the screen switches in 2 seconds to a page with a survey question to rate the refund tracking functionality.

We have never had dealings with this company at all but they managed to set up a direct debit on our business account and then take money. We approached our bank to investigate.

Hotsmart is a total scam!!
Hotsmart is a total scam!!! I was signing up for a YouTube offer for only $24. I watched the video. And like usual, the site kept sending me options to upgrade. I pressed the no thank you button each time and within 4 minutes they charged me 3 extras charges totaling $207!!!!! I went directectly to their site which was in Portuguese not English, and tried to follow their directions to cancel which never led to an actual site to cancel. I immediately called my bank, reported they are a fraudulent company and the charges where reversed. I have also called the BBB and FBI to report Hotsmart as a cyber fraudulent company who accesses people's accounts illegally!!!!!!!

I bought something for £10.80 but the charged £10.80+£82 +. It was not advertised as being Hotmart until the thankyou for your order came through. If it had been shown as Hotmart I would not have bought as I had problems with them a few weeks ago when they tried to take Money off my account 6 times at the back of each other. Had to get card closed. I am now in the middle of the fraud team at bank against them for this latest transaction.

Hotmart scam
I came accross a competition on instagram to win a chelsea shirt. I answered the quiz questions and then was asked to pay £4.90 Postage. I used my PayPal to do this. Then another charge swiftly came in for £15.90. The invoices both for ebooks! I have cancelled both the payments with PayPal. I wasn't even aware that Hotmart was involved. A total scam. Not even worthy of one star on a review!

Once they have you financial details (like PayPal) they then apply additional transactions without approval, be very careful, don’t get sucked into what might appear a good thing!!
