They’re thieves and I can’t get a…

They’re thieves and I can’t get a refund and my account has been emptied and they are still trying to hit my account… I want my money back. It’s not even for the correct amount on the website. Apparently I’m not the first person either.

I bought some courses and the information never appeared , I sent them mails and messages in their platform

They are a fraud , never answered my complaints

In other cases I bought a course , I changed my phone , and when I tried to download again the course it was unabled , the buyer was gone , and I couldn’t use it again

When I reported the incident , as always , they didn’t response

Amazon scam using Hotmart

There is another scam using Hotmart as the payment platform to start reviewing products for Amazon and getting paid a minimum of $200 a day. They want you to pay $33.00 upfront via Hotmart to prove that you're serious about this opportunity. You can tell that when Jeff Bezos speaks in the informercial promoting this job opportunity, it's not his voice and the image is definitely AI. Beware!

Please don’t trust these rip off con artist

When I went through the tutorials and started judging YouTube and advertisements that I was supposedly going to get paid for they ended up draining my bank account because they wanted a $37 upfront saying that it would be refunded in 10 minutes. I ended up getting ripped off really. Dwayne Johnson was one of the celebrities that was advocating this Opportunity. Hopefully my bank will be able to protect me from the scam. Please don’t trust these people.

By far the worse platform I've ever…

By far the worse platform I've ever used in my 31 years of life. And probably the worse platform I will ever use.

They blocked my money. I can't withdraw it. Reason? Because the platform literally has a server error.

After sending multiple screenshots, the support team has been useless.

It's literally been 2 months. After me sending all my documentation, ID, details, etc.

And they haven't been able to verify my details in 2 months.

This platform is the quickest way to lose your time, patience, money.

Also comissions are super high.

You can use Skool, Kajabi, LearnWorlds, Stan Store.

But please, stay away from this platform

Hotmart = SCAMMERS

Hotmart = SCAMMERS. If I could give it "0" stars I would. A video on YouTube with Dwayne Johnson speaking of a job opportunity with YouTube just for reviewing content. I fell for it. DJ was all AI. Clicked the link below (like a idiot) - The sum to pay was suppose to be $20US. In literally 5 seconds they charged me 3 TIMES and ALL DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. AND it had NOTHING to do with work opportunity. It was the SALE of a tool for selling online WHICH I didn´t even receive (and I am NOT selling anything). They DONT EVEN ANSWER EMAILS. I already reported the scam on my PayPal account and YouTube

This is a scam site

This is a scam site, avoid at all costs. Someone was able to setup an account under our email address with no email verification required and no 3DS enabled on payment, this is illegal in the EU and I'm unsure how they haven't been shutdown.

This was false and fraudulent…

This was false and fraudulent advertisement. After my transaction they disappeared. I have no order number to claim or refute.

I simply received a reply saying I would be contacted which was to be minutes and it’s now been 8 hours.

Actually there should zero (0) stars for this unscrupulous company. HotMart is definitely a scam. Requests for verified fee refunds are not given promised due to the inability to reach support. Contact Us is non-existing because company continuously reroutes to helplines supported by chat bots. There is no viable telephone associated for inquiries, complaints etc. Upon providing personal data MetaPay immediately advises their connection to HotMart by filing personal information (payment method) onto their database. I did not give MetaPay permission to possess this information however I was able to remove said information. As for HotMart it is a scam company that posts erroneous information to trap unsuspecting people to buy into their program. The setup uses so-called influencers who expound their success using HotMart’s ProVersion platform. I agree with other reviewers…a class action suit should be filed against HotMart and companies such as Amazon and Meta (Facebook) who support HotMart’s deceptive practices.

They scam people

They scam people. Refuse refunds as promised. A class action lawsuit should be filed against them including the so called influencers who use amazons name to get people interested. The BBB has complaints against them too. They charge your account through Launchpad. Amazon does not pay for reviews. The first payment was $23 and once my bank informed me that this was fraudulent site I asked for a refund. Instead the amounts of $29 and $20 were charged through Launchpad.

Nothing actually is wrong, except maybe providing more information when a complaint is being investigated.
I made a complaint against a company, and that company is being investigated for possible fraud… and understanding COMPLETELY it might be a miscommunication on either side…I will definitely update the findings from the investigation.

Scam!!! Waiting for refund!

They were only supposed to charge me 24 dollars one time for the digital download and then after using my PayPal, I was directed to a different page where every time I would press the button to receive my download it would keep charging my PayPal, now I have five multiple transactions from them in different amounts and I'm in the process of filing claims through PayPal. I tried going on their website to get a refund through them but they said my refund won't come for about 30 to 60 days! I do not want to even download anything from them anyways at this point due to the fraudulent transactions they made on my PayPal. Total scam! I will update my review when they actually do give me my refund for all 5 transactions.

All transactions were refunded! Thank you Hotmart! I understand that you are just the payment party for the companies u handle such as the one that tried to scam me through you. Please stop working with those type of companies as they as ruining your reputation.
For other consumers: I also had to go through PayPal to insure that hot mart would refund me quicker than having to wait 30-60 days like they said. Not sure if that had anything to do with them quickly refunding me, including this review that I left might've helped encourage people to advocate for themselves.

the Hotmark Refund Conundrum

the Hotmark refund conundrum (the -5 star acceleration) when requesting a refund is best dealt with by contacting your bank to advise of the fraud, scam, rip-off, call it how you see it, but report them, the seller that uses this shower will discover the funds they expected will not be paid and you'll be refunded in due course (may take up to 3mths and your card will need to be replaced)...Hotmart appears to be designed not to provide any useful assistance specifically refunds...do not buy from scammers that use Hotmart and always write a Trustpilot review with -5 noted with your 1 star content...
Finally ignore Hotmart fake tears of please explain your issue we're trying to understand how we can help rubbish...all they are attempting to do is subvert the review process so that negative unfavourable reviews are "taken offline"

Every time I've dealt with these people…

Every time I've dealt with these people it always ends up I can't get my refund. They threatened if I tried any other way than through their sight asking for a refund they're going to find me $2,000. So I'm trying to avoid that but I'm not having very good luck I haven't contacted him at yet but I'm sure it'll be the same crap that I always get every time I contact him. All I want is my 10 or 11 bucks back. If that breaks and that tells you something
