Be Careful – Fake Dwayne Johnson Ad Stole My Money
I had a terrible experience with an Instagram advertisement. The ad showed what appeared to be Dwayne Johnson (very likely AI-generated) promoting a program that claimed to teach people how to earn money by doing reviews. I trusted the ad and made a payment, but instead of receiving what was promised, my credit card was charged three times without authorization.
If somebody shows inappropriate content on Instagram, it is shut down in two minutes. But if someone is trying to steal money from you, nobody shuts them down. That is unacceptable.
Instagram and hotmart needs to take responsibility for these fraudulent ads and protect its users from being scammed.

When is a refund not a refund.
One month ago I watched a presentation to work as a video viewer, for each video I would be paid .. this was for YouTube. Hotmart asked me for the money for the license, my bank refused to allow it to go through. So I did not think any more about it. 2 weeks later I find hotmart email. Saying that I had bought 3 books via them, I requested a refund for all 3. I received 3 emails telling me I was going to get a refund, so I check my bank account. Instead of 3 refunds, hotmart had charged me again for the same amounts . My bank has refused to take action saying that I authorized these myself. I am on a fixed income and they know that this is going to cause me problems. I won't have the money to pay my bills.

I never went to their website and was redirected on something I wanted to purchase and instead I find that $164.33 was attempted to be withdrawn from my apple account on top of my original., purchase I was trying to make ($24.58) while purchasing from a VERY different and WELL KNOWN music website and yah..... This is b*******! I wish I could post the screenshots I took of them stealing money from my acct., And the worst part is they keep trying!!!!!!!

Does anyone know this company ?? called "Hotmart" !! They are an internet-based company. They are a big scam company; last night, they gained access to my PayPal account. In 10 minutes, 6 invoices were charged to the account. All is well, PayPal took care of it and refunded all the $$. Just giving everyone a heads-up.

An absolute SCAM!!! They took more money out of my account. I called my bank, the place in the bank even said it was a fraud/scam. Thank goodness I'm getting my money back! Do Not Use This Site PERIOD! Like a lot of other users have said they used Dewayne Johnson as a spokesperson and I'll lay 100 bucks down it was AI generated. Also, if you read the fine lines, it said if you cancel your membership they could sue you for X amount of dollars. I also found the ad on Facebook too!!!

They're scammers using AI to mislead you into thinking you're going to do online reviews for Amazon at $200-$800 a day. Then they asked you to pay $33 which is fully refundable after 5 minutes and and $23 to upgrade! That doesn't happen. Next thing I see is Hotmart! Which I didn't sign up for. I tried emailing and they don't answer.

Too bad they don't allow for ZERO stars. I fell for a Facebook advertisement relating to getting paid by YouTube to watch ads and review them. Promised up to $800 a day. For one charge of $24 and it would be refunded along with the $213.xx I had accrued by watching a few ads and answering questions already. I immediately get a charge for $23, then another for $24, and one minute later, another charge for $19.90. My bank immediately blocked my card and when I called them to cancel my card, Hotmart had already tried to run another charge for $29.90 four additional times! Total scam!! It is now causing me to change ALL my debit card accounts and putting me through unnecessary strife just so they can scam honest and hard working people like myself. BUYER BEWARE! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

It says they will charge you $29 dollars and you will receive it back…I was charged the $29 then immediately after I received two charges for $97, and my bank stopped further transactions. Who know how many times they would have fraudulently charged my card and for how much. ITS A SCAM
