AVOID at all costs! I purchased a double oven in May 2026 expecting cashback, went through the process of having to wait until I could submit my claim (over a month - maybe so I couldn't return the product knowing I wouldn't be getting the cashback?) to then be told my claim had been rejected as the product wasn't eligible. I purchased it from Appliancesworldonline, and it clearly said on the website I would be eligible for cashback from this purchase, they have asked for evidence of the offer on the website, which I don't have, as clearly I didn't expect to have this issue. The whole thing feels like a big scam

Two very nice gentlemen delivered our…
Two very nice gentlemen delivered our new fridge freezer.
They unpacked it and plugged it in and explained everything about it.
They took away our old one which was such a help to us.
These gentlemen have delivered white goods to us in the past and are always friendly and helpful.

JUST DON'T BUY FROM LG
It was delivered on time. Let's hope it works for a long time. It replaced an LG which did not. Then my A.I told me how notoriously awful LG were for fridge freezers. It's rare Gemini is so brutally honest but it was right. Had it with Samsung too for other products. Am NEVER buying Korean again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!
Wish I never made the purchase. Hotpoint is honestly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Delivered my washing machine and installed it. Leaked on first wash and trying to get someone out to sort it has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service is diabolical and the way most of the staff spoke to me was wholly unacceptable. Their complaints process is non-existing and finding a way to escalate my complaint externally as there are serious learnings needed as to how to treat customers. I cannot comment on my actual machine and if a good product as still waiting on an engineer to come fix their mistake. Please do not use this company for anything. All would be fine unless you ever have to contact them.
Edit: the WhatsApp number provided to contact them is a chat bot and cant get anywhere without putting in an email address, which I did not provide them with as were trying to upsell when I wad complaining! Even more useless than I thought.
