D&G and Hotpoint
phoned Hotpoint for guidance how to remove the grease filter cooker hood with pic attached. . they sent me 3 links, for hotpoint, indesit and a 3 rd one none of the had cooker hoods in them. turns out i was speaking to domestic & general. they gave me a hotpoint nr to call, turns out that was D&G as well and all they wanted is sell me more insurance. Yuk. De cooker was fitted by kitchen company and a general Hotpoint leaflet was left. that is how i could not have got it registered 2 years ago. i attacked the filter with a knife and it came off. am considering to cancel all my D&G insurances.
so i went to the Hotpoint website to order the filters. Carbon Filter J00690475. guess what. they can't be bought. and the csa wanted my full address and the serial number. which i refused. think i am going to buy a different make, one that has no connections with D&G for sure. Hotpoint can text me where to buy the filters. not going to call them back. it has so far cost me the whole day.

Great washing machine
Great washing machine. It’s the first time I’ve gone digital. Still trying to figure out how to implement fabric softener into was cycle. Overall just very happy with my new replacement. Thank you.
