It was just a blatant upsell, rather than an easy registering of applicance. Having commissioned based staff dealing with it, is not a good experience.. couldn’t say no thank you enough times.

Easy registration

This was a very easy process. Easy to select my appliances and a very straightforward process to complete the registration. Extended warranty was offered but it was easy to continue without. Thank you. The whole process was far easier than with some other manufacturers.

Liked that can register more than one…

Liked that can register more than one brand at a time
Disliked intensely the fact that after the agent explained once the pros of the extended cover and I advised that I would think about it she then went through the whole thing again twice as if to try and wear me down into accepting the cover she really was on a hard sell with that very disappointed

Somewhat frustrating experience

It was very quick and easy to do the on-line registration however despite saying at that stage that I did not want the additional cover I was subsequently contacted by telephone by someone trying to sell me this cover. I found this to be particularly annoying as I had obviously already confirmed that I did not want it. Other than that it was OK.

The washing machine was installed…

The washing machine was installed without any fuss and very quickly. The men were very polite and helpful.
The only thing that could be a criticism is the time it took from ordering (Tuesday) to when it was actually delivered (Saturday).
