Not helpful customer service
Bought new washing machine and noticed crack on the door less than four weeks.
Hotpoint refused to fix it. So I have to pay to private repair person to replace the door which cost me more than half price of the washing machine.

Unneccessary emails!
Helpful member of staff to register my appliance, but then I didn't need to be questioned on why I didn't want to take out extended warranty.
Also don't want to receive unnecessary emails...I consider this one asking for a review to be unnecessary!
The person who did the registration assured me that I wouldn't be receiving emails from you.

Old Hotpoint to new Hotpoint.
Had to purchase a new oven after ten years so new Hotpoint oven was ordered, delivered and installed. No complaints and excellent service from ordering to fitting to registration so very pleased.

Not happy that the filters needed change so soon only 6months old last dishwasher lasted 15years no break downs at all.But the man who came out to repair it was very nice and professional came when he said he would and left as soon as it was fixed.So happy with him.
