First class experience with the installation guys. They arrived early, installed the hot tub with no dramas and Sean Law, the engineer then went through the whole set-up and maintenance regime with me, explaining everything clearly and enthusiastically.

I purchased my Hot Tub from The Hot Tub and Swim Spa company some 12 years ago and have had it regularly serviced by them ever since. During that time a number of engineers have come to perform the quarterly service the most recent being Toby who was very pleasant, polite and got on with his job professionally without guidance.

Brandon came to drain down my swim spa as I am going to be unable to use it for now.
As ever the company has been accommodating, polite and flexible.
I have had my Swim spa for a few years and Brandon who is relatively new to the company, he was pleasant professional and I wish him well.
The company have always helped where needed and treat customers as individuals with individual needs.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Sean, who recently installed a cover lifter on my hot tub. From start to finish, Sean was incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time, had all the necessary tools, and worked diligently to complete the installation.

Sean's attention to detail was impressive, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and securely fastened. They also took the time to explain how to use the cover lifter properly and provided helpful maintenance tips to keep it in great condition. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Had a full service on my spa this week. As always the team were very professional and tidy with their work. Swim Spa is looking brand new again! The aftercare since purchase has been outstanding.

Brandon came to do the annual service on the hot tub and was extremely patient and helpful gping over things with me.

Dropped over the house at 10:30 & by 8pm we were bubbling in the tub of the hots. A brilliant all round experience with the team wanting to involve you with the installation & being very responsive to any questions we had. We also had the company links to install electrics who were also excellent.

Amazing from start to finish.
Due to extremely bad arthritic joints, I felt that I needed a hydrotherapy hot-tub to help with pain relief whilst waiting for multiple joint replacements. Wherever I visited, salespeople didn't give me any confidence that their product was really suitable. Then we met Gil at The Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company and she explained everything very clearly about the Hydropool Signature hot tub and said it would be the perfect choice. She was absolutely spot on as withn 3 days of going in the hot-tub two of my joints have more mobility and whilst in the hydropool I have freedom of movement and I am completely pain free.

Ordering was straightforward, followed by a site visit and then the installation was completed by an excellent, professional team. We were shown in detail how to use and maintain the hot tub using the many different chemicals. Nothing was too much trouble.

Having been in pain and using 24 hr slow release morphine for a long while, it's an absolute godsend to go in the hydropool and feel relaxed, pain free. It has not only improved my physical health but my mental health too.
I can't thank the team enough.
