Tried to buy the Ferrari F40 off the website and got beaten by bots as usual I and a lot of others will not be renewing our membership as it’s not worth it when you can’t buy the ones you want and Mattel doesn’t care just sending a generic reply to a complaint we all get the same reply

Useless Hotwheels toys from Mattel and Indignant response!

As a pensioner with 'very' limited spending power, it is nasty to be treated as we were by Mattel, we informed them that the 'many' hotwheels cars that we have bought for our grandsons, DO NOT work in the super looper thing (I will try to post a picture) the only one that works is the one that came with it (and even at that it was disappointing!)after many months and my wife actually having to ring them, their reaction was, "that is correct, not all the toys are the same size and therefore not all will fit!" my wife pointed out that this is not made clear on the packaging, the 'Indignant' reply was " it does tell you which models are compatible on the box!" my wife responded by saying well it must be very small and now we cannot check because we threw the box out long ago, the person at Mattel came back with "Would you like me to email you a list of the model numbers of the compatible toys?" my wife told her that this would not be necessary as we wouldn't be wasting our hard earned savings on any Mattel products in the future and the Mattel agent replied " as you wish madam, now is there anything else I can help you with!".

Product is absolute crap

Product is absolute crap. Recently purchased Rapid Launch and Loop - difficult to get pieces pushed together and loop function didn't a trigger properly despite using variety of Hot Wheels cars of different sizes and weights. As for dismantling - had to wear gloves to stop hands and arms getting cut from sharp edges - and several components simply snapped because of how much strength had to be used to try and get them apart.

I recently purchased a few Hot Wheels Monster Trucks for my little toddler for Christmas. He absolutely loves playing with them. We purchased Megawrex, Bone Shaker, Tiger Shark and Gunkster. It's amazing how there are so many different monster trucks with different personalities. I really hope that they are able to be a little more competitive on the pricing. That being said, great products.

Too much $$$

So for ever I have been buying Hot Wheels 5 for $5 at Jewel Osco. NOW, they are 4 for $5. Why? Don't you have enough $$$$? You just lost a dedicated buyer.

Atrocious quality and zero fun.

I grew up with Hotwheels in the early -mid 80s and I loved 'em. Quality all the way. Now I have a four-year old who likes Hotwheels. Alas, the quality has not so much 'declined' as the entire concept has been reworked from the ground up and ruined any and all fun to be had with these toys. The quality is horrendous, both of cars and tracks. It is the cheapest kind of gimmicky plastic toy one can imagine and I wouldn't even buy them from a second-hand store at any given price, due to their innate inability to provide any sort of 'fun'. Find yourself some of 'em 80s Hotwheels w/ tracks at a decent price (good luck), or simply move on and realize that this is nothing more than yet another scam.

Expensive with not the best quality

Expensive with not the best quality. Expected better quality for the price you pay. Having to return a track due to the hot wheel cars not going round the loop! Very disappointing
