The Best Move Ever (July 29th/30th)
We had the best experience with Hoults Removals. Megan was our main contact with the company. Her patience was legendary, as we kept changing the moving date due to delays whilst purchasing our apartment. We had done our own packing, but in under 4 hours the driver, Joseph, and two guys local to London, quickly and efficiently packed the contents of our crammed 2 bedroom apartment into the truck. The next day Joseph & two new guys, local to Morpeth, then transported our furniture up 4 flights of stairs, and carried a library of book boxes to our top floor apartment. Again, it was quick and efficient and all done with a wicked sense of humour, for which we were very grateful. Everything arrived intact, nothing was damaged, and it was the smoothest and most hassle-free of the many moves we’ve done over the years. Thank you. 🙏
P.S. Sorry I couldn’t remember your names, guys - but I did warn you I’d forget.

Great service throughout and the lads who moved our belongings were friendly and courteous. Everything was protected and moved with care to whatever room we wanted.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. The move was made so stress free, lads on the truck were cheerful and polite, worked hard through the heat on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Kept them well hydrated and they soldiered on.

Great service moving from NE to EM
Great service moving from North East to Midlands. Lads were super efficient with the packing and pleasant with it. Very helpful. Treated our possessions carefully and so far haven't found a single broken item. They unloaded carefully into a newly decorated house with only minor marks on walls (nothing that you wouldn't expect when moving large furniture). They were happy to move things if requested from one room to another and were just generally very professional and polite. It's not cheap to move nowadays but they certainly made us feel like we'd spent our money well and I'd happily move with them again.

Excellent teams (London and Dirham)
Both teams (London and Dirham), were excellent. John, our driver was professional, courteous, friendly and very efficient.
Paul and L in Battersea packed things very well and labeled the boxes with sufficient detail to allow us to unpack efficiently at our new place.
Dave in Durham was very careful with the unpacking. Every team member took great care with our belongings. We appreciate this move was on the easier side, and this is the third move in 4 weeks - here and in the US - and this was by far the best.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We had a terrible experience, thousands of pounds worth of belongings damaged. Moved 10 minutes around the corner and what a shambles. Be aware that when you claim for damages it takes weeks and you only receive a percentage of cost depending on damage so replacement isn’t paid for. The amount we were reimbursed was comical especially with the £700 plus we paid for the initial cover taken off. Full of apologies yet not willing to do anything about it, everything was a fight. Hate leaving bad reviews but our experience was so dreadful I had to. Treat you like a fool by giving all of the staff fancy job titles to portray a professionally run business which is far from the case!

Prompt arrival
The men arrived on time, worked really hard to get everything into the van. They were friendly, didn’t stop for lunch so we were not held up. They were careful with our belongings and tried several time to get a wardrobe up the stairs, but the space was too small.
