Ordered three paintings for Christmas presents .Took a while to arrive but I knew that would be the case. All arrived packaged well. One canvas was a little crumpled on one side. Gave it a little iron with a cloth over the top and all was good. This was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The kits were all brilliantly put together. Pictures amazing. Will order again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This company as others have said are not UK based. To put UK in their website name is just tricking people into ordering with them, in my view a scam in itself. Wait time is ridiculously long as it comes from China. The Christmas gift that I had ordered arrived on Christmas eve, but I had already bought something else as I couldn't chance that it was going to arrive on time. The gift itself comes in very poor, cheap packaging, I paid extra for a frame, it shows the pictures in a nice black frame on the website, this is not what arrives, you get 4 cheap unfinished pieces of wood that I presume you have to try and attach together. All in all a terrible experience from a terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DON'T PART WITH YOUR MONEY, FIND A COMPANY ACTUALLY BASED IN THE UK.

Ordered on 1st December and still do not have my order and it’s Dec 31st! I got a message saying it had been delivered on 23rd Dec (which it was not) and the company are refusing to give me a refund! They also stated that it was only SLIGHTLY delayed so if it was delivered on the 23rd Dec they think that 8 days over told delivery time is only SLIGHT! Avoid ! Pay a bit more to go elsewhere
They claim they ship from the UK, this is false. They ship from China with very long lead times. They don't reply to any support messages and I still don't have my order that was meant to come in time for Christmas.
Do not order from this company, go with a better alternative - it might cost more but you will actually get your product !

We loved our paint by numbers kits
We loved our paint by numbers kits! I ordered one each for me and my husband and we worked on them side by side - was a lovely way to do something relaxing together. Good quality paints. Some colours took multiple coats and the shipping did take a few weeks but worth the wait :)

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I wish i had read these reviews before ordering, ordered a gift for my sister on the 4th of December, tracking did work but about much use as a chocolate teapot.
This site should be reported to trading standards and closed down for being misleading and not sticking to delivery times advertised.
20 days later, still no parcel, still no gift so have had to spend more money on buying a replacement gift.
I could think of better words to describe this business but i'll have to stick with rubbish for now.

Packaging looked to be of poor quality with no indication of the picture chosen. Long narrow box with everything pushed in. Paid £26.99 which included frame - again very, very poor quality frame which came in 4 pieces. Not suitable as a gift.

Bad experience
The company name: Houseart.uk is deceptive as it implies that it is based in the UK. It’s not, it’s in China. I ordered a Christmas present for my wife on December 12, expecting it to turn up within 2 or 3 days. It is now December 25 and my order has not arrived. When I realised that after almost a week my order hadn’t left China, I had to reorder a similar product so my wife would get her Christmas present. I made sure this time that I was actually ordering from a Uk based company. It arrived in two days.
