The delivery courier was terrible. They dates available were sparse, two weeks apart! My table arrived in damaged packaging. a ripped box barly held together with a patched up sticky tape attempt and the table itself was scratched, the paintwork badly chipped and scruffed. Very poor service.

Delivery company could only offer 1 day a week appointment and unit not build terribly well with one slider that keeps dropping out.

Great service and came on time. Quality product x

We purchased a dining table with excellent reviews in good faith and had a nightmare with the delivery company. See numerous other negative reviews that have not been acted upon as promised by House Cozy. They were quite simply dreadful and sadly House Cozy REFUSED to speak to us about it, instead chosing to hide behind faceless and impersonal texts. There is no telephone number anywhere which sounds alarm bells too. Every business thrives or fails on its communication and this is the worst company I have dealt with for many years! It’s good to talk right?!

Very quick delivery. Item arrived well packaged and in good condition. Overall very pleased.

Great fast delivery and product is amazing!

Worth the wait for a quality item, the wood is nice, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap like some others you can buy straight from the store. Don’t pay the same money for Next MDF kit just wait and get something that will last.

Ordered a dining table - the table itself was lovely very good quality. Needed to return as unfortunately it was a little too large (my fault!). Housecosy themselves are very polite and respond quickly to emails. That being said there is zero communication voluntarily from them and I had to wait 3 weeks for my table as the delivery company missed the slot. The delivery company they use is terrible be warned. No communication, never answer the phone despite on one occasion calling for 21 minutes to rearrange the time they had given me without consultation. Delivery company didn’t seem to know what they were doing as they called outside the delivery window to say they had arrived - waking up my house before 7 and then sent several texts barely in english saying they were trying to deliver my table and did not realise they were doing a return. 3 stars as house cosy good but they REALLY need a different delivery company.

Fast delivery, beautiful rug

Purchased a large rug and it was delivered within 72hrs. The rug is beautiful and was very well packaged. You get an email from tuffnel’s delivery company regarding the date it will be delivered. Make sure you or someone else is in all day to take delivery as they can’t be specific with times and delivery drivers won’t have phone numbers etc. Overall, great price, great quality, we are really happy!

I would have given 5 Stars as the dining table we received was fantastic and even better than we were expecting, but unfortunately the original delivery company they used were poor and the time taken to resolve the issue and resend out a replacement item was not great. For that reason I've deducted a star, but I would still buy from these again as the item purchased was perfect.
