Replacement part has been received
Update:
Replacement part has been successfully received on 2nd attempt. Still don't know the fate of the first replacement part.
Original:
Still waiting on a replacement leg for a bench. Despite initial positive signs of getting the replacement to me asap, the courier tracking site claims it has delivered, but i was home all day and it definitely did not. Homecosy used their email address with my postcode to track the parcel so i can't even get updates on the dispute i've raised with the courier as updates will go to homecosy email, not mine.
Have emailed homecosy twice since but no reply from them yet.

Never again
I ordered a table from them, it took a long time to come but it is beautiful. Sadly there's a mark on it but they gave me 10% off the order so I guess that's OK.
I then ordered a side board, again very long wait and when it came 4 major parts of it were broken. Awful customer service since, still waiting for the replacement parts. Sadly will never use them again.

Really terrible quality product
Really terrible quality product. Rug edging is very poor and not long enough to cover mat underneath it is fixed to. Looks awful. Definitely avoid at all costs.
