However, I am dissatisfied with the amount of moisture in the bags when opened.
The fuel is wet when bagged , which basically means less coal more water !!

Nice straightforward transaction.
My order was delivered on time and the driver offered to place the coal in the coal shed. This wasn't practical at the time but the offer was appreciated.

Great product and great price
Looked around online for best prices and once again HouseFuel offered a great product at a great price. Delivery was within the week and the driver very kindly stacked 80 bags for me!

Excellent
We have been using this company for a few years now and the quality of the fuel is excellent so much cleaner than coal for our Rayburn and log/coal burner. The only down side is drop off at kerb side and a we get older this will be a problem for us moving to coal house.
