House of Hearing - St Andrews Reviews 

Always get a positive result when you visit house of hearing in St Andrews.

Removal of impacted ear wax and brief examination of my ears on my first visit; a full consultation, ear examinations and testing session on my second.

At each appointment my questions received full and unbiased answers about ear care, hearing aids, after care and costs. All members of the practice were very professional, patient and friendly.

My hearing was ‘lost’ due to compacted earwax.
A quick visit to House of Hearing solved the problem.

Previously I have always had ear syringing with the NHS. This involves an initial consultation, using ear drops for some weeks which results in total blockage, before the actual procedure.
One morning last week I awoke with a blocked ear, phoned The House of Hearing and was given an appointment at 11.00 that same morning!
The audiologist, Claire I think, in St Andrews was very reassuring and thorough. Both ears cleared of wax at a very reasonable price.

I accompanied my father - who will be 100 in a few months' time - to his hearing test appointment. We met Kyle, who was extremely patient, helpful and constructive. Both in respect of the tests he carried out and during our discussion of what next steps and future product options might be.
His considered approach (no indication of a hard sell!) was much appreciated. We have confidence in this company and will continue to rely upon this its services.

Philip is an excellent practitioner. He is very friendly and personable, reassuringly competent, doesn't try to sell you anything you don't want and generally conveys a relaxed professionalism which I found very helpful.
A totally different and infinitely better experience than the 'High Street' option I had previously tried. I'd highly recommend him and his practice in St Andrews.
