No spare parts or assistance
I purchased a suitcase from House of Luggage via Amazon at the start of August. It arrived quickly and was of good quality.
My first holiday using the case was at the end of September.
Unfortunately a wheel got detached and ;ost in transit to Corfu. I did not report this at the time as I had read that House of Luggage had spares and presumed they would have replacement wheels.
I was wrong.
When I requested a replacement they told me they did not keep them.
They have been singularly unhelpful, refusing to give me any information as to where I can purchase a replacement. I cannot find one anywhere on the internet or from local retailers.
I now have a brand new suitcase which is unusable.
Luckily, I bought it through Amazon, who immediately offered me a full refund.
Well done Amazon. Poor show from House of Luggage

The suitcase is very good but delivery…
The suitcase is very good but delivery was a problem the first time. I was at home but the driver didn’t wait long enough for me to open the door. Finally received it 2 days later.

Good-looking and well-made
I was impressed with the speed of the order being processed. I had my suitcases in a few days, and I was happy with the delivery and the quality of the items. I have not used them yet, so can’t comment on the actual performance of the products. But they looked good and seemed great for the intended purpose.

Recommended but be careful with the dimensions
Using website, ordering and delivery were straightforward. The only thing are the bag dimensions. The length of the suitcase included the length of the wheels so it has a smaller capacity.

My cabin case didn’t have TSA lock…
My cabin case didn’t have TSA lock system so I couldn’t lock it or change combination. In the end bought a hold-all from M&S with a little TSA padlock which works very well.
I should really get a refund!!!

DELIVERY COMPANY NOT UP TO SCRATCH
Ordered my luggage and it said 3 business days delivery. The company despatched the same day (great), however the delivery company they use (DPD) delivered the suitcase to an empty office, left it outside in a city centre and obviously it was stolen. House of Luggage now say it will take 10 days to do an investigation, meanwhile they have my cash and I have no luggage, surely they should have sent a replacement to me and then done the investigation via DPD -
