Great Service!

Tried and trusted shop
Tried and trusted shop, we ordered a bespoke radiator bench which was shiped from the supplier in Milan. We were kept updated throughout the entire delivery process, thank you Lauren and Clare for all you help and excellent service. Great customer service and a fantastic product.....
Great customer service - and a fabulous product. We bought a 'Fin Radiator' - plain metal, with a clear varnish. It is a fine piece of engineering - and the folk I dealt with we always well informed and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them - and I will certainly be using them again.

Knowledgable, good value, friendly.
Clare and her team were very knowledgeable and were able to once again advise me on the best solution for my radiators.
I have bought both electric and central heating radiators.
It was refreshing to have a team that didn’t give the hard sell and I didn’t feel patronised despite my limited knowledge!
Both customer service and the products were top notch.
I would definitely recommend this company.
