Good service on the samples.
Packed well. Very good quality obviously but unfortunately the customer in question didn't go for them due to cost restrictions.

Not yet received my worktops but paid £5 for 3 samples which i am pleased with. They are of good size and great quality. Will def be buying our worktops from this site and hopefully use their cutting service too.

Good website easy navigation, got the samples I needed Salesperson was really helpful samples came 2 days later just as described..

Speed, efficiency and communication

Can't thank H.O.W enough. Placed my order with diagram, and the ongoing communication was first class. My order was delivered exactly as stated, with great drivers who were extremely helpful. The worktops turned out exactly as my instructions. Brilliant job House of Worktops.

After trying lots of face to face retail shops for a worktop where there was no choice and no-one in all the stores wanted to help, we found House of Worktops online! Lots of choice and able to order in the size we wanted. Quality fab, delivery great. Very happy!

have yet to order from here but am definitely going to. just waiting upon my joiner. so far service has been excellent. three more than substantial samples for £5 with free P&P. sometimes it’s the little things that make you want to use smaller companies. look forward to placing my order

The worktop arrived within a few days after I ordered it. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to ask questions via the app so no waiting around for someone to answer the phone

Really pleased with the service on our new kitchen worktop. A slight scratch on the original delivery but it was replaced immediately with no quibbles.

The samples are in a good size, came in a nice package e It was a quick delivery.
