So I recently ordered a wooden worktop for my a desk I am wanting to make myself. I had a lot of questions and they were answered quickly and with plenty of extra advice, very happy and special thanks to Maithilee K for all the help. I am unable to comment on the actual product as it has not arrived yet but I have been super happy with everything so far.

Quick, efficient and well packed samples

Needed work surface and splash back for two bathrooms. Found a suitable colour after visiting the showroom. Everybody really helpful. Ordered specific cuts and edging . All done exactly as needed and was ready for collection as arranged.
Good company with pleasant staff.

We can not really rate you at the moment as we have not had a worktop fitted yet.

I wanted a worktop cut into three 3m lengths to use as shelves. The whole process of designing and ordering was straightforward with online help and conversation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from order to delivery and the delivery team were really helpful. I'm about to order another set of long shelves

They were very helpful and once we were happy with the measurements, delivery was swift. The worktops look great. One tip for anyone installing them themselves, wear gloves. I managed to cut myself but that's probably my own fault.

A good choice, easy to choose, we were informed about delivery and it arrived on the day.

I was very concerned about ordering our kitchen island work top on line, but as soon as I started the explore price and sizes, I was reassured by the emails I received and the online chat opportunity.

Once I had ordered the email communication immediately made me feel at ease.

From ordering to delivery was 2.5 days.
The communications about delivery were excellent and being able to track the driver meant that we could arrange to be there without having to take a whole day off.

The quality of the product is brilliant - solid oak cut to size with the corners rounded off. Perfect. Thank you for your excellent service and product .

The website gives you a good selection of worktops to choose from and the 24hr live chat line is a good feature.After choosing my product placing the order was straight forward and quick. The worktops order placed on the 11/05 and arrived on the 15/05. The only issue I have with this process is the delivery, two men on the vehicle to unload the 3 2m worktops, but they could not use the lift to bring the items up to my floor. They left them on the ground floor outside the lift doors, I had to use a trolley to get them into the lift and up to my flat, that was not the service I expected. So you only get 4 stars, assume you have two men on the vehicle for a reason..must be to keep each other company on the road.

Packed well. Very good quality obviously but unfortunately the customer in question didn't go for them due to cost restrictions.

Not yet received my worktops but paid £5 for 3 samples which i am pleased with. They are of good size and great quality. Will def be buying our worktops from this site and hopefully use their cutting service too.

Good website easy navigation, got the samples I needed Salesperson was really helpful samples came 2 days later just as described..
