Such a genuine pleasure these days to deal with a Company that got everything right from order through to delivery. The end product looks great and I have made a considerable saving against showroom prices. I cannot recommend House of Worktops highly enough, well done to everyone!

Incredible service. I ordered three worktop samples, they arrived the next day! I used the online bespoke design tool, which was very easy to navigate and ordered the worktops. I was astounded that they arrived within three days. The timing achieved for this service beats anything else out there by a country mile. And the worktops are great.

Excellent products and great service. Communication is always good particularly the live chat function. Today I was helped by Maithilee who answered all my questions immediately and in great detail. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent product, to date I have only requested samples. But the product looks amazing, the delivery was fast and being able to order a few samples, is wonderful.

Be on store whit the plans for give the order be well received the staff very friendly give different options and advice for different materials.
Order on Monday morning be delivered on Wednesday all cut to size very happy with this company very professional.

I ordered composite laminate worktops from them. I am so happy with the result! The whole process was easy and quick, from ordering the samples to design and delivery. They have great customer service, too. I can't recommend this company more. I will use them again if I design another kitchen.

Fantastic, from Ellies incredible patience helping me to get the design right through to the workshops exact drawings and flexibility to the end product including delivery. Plus the added surprise of providing off cuts i can now turn in to shelves. I would absolutely recommend.

Good website service, great delivery tracking experience

The work tops exceeded my expectations. We had the Rustic Oak Full Stave x 5 oiled. It’s absolutely beautiful. I’m completely in love with these work tops.

Needed a small unit top - spoke with customer service who arranged a FedEx for the next day as needed it quick. Only problem was it arrived with 2 damaged corners - FedEx? Luckily the top is being reduced anyway

I ordered 3 full stave deluxe worktops they were knotty, multicoloured and had 60mm wide planks, Terrible quality. I oiled them both sides twice using the Danish oil the website sells. A week later the worktops had cupped like a barrel so I phoned up asking for help and they said it’s my fault I should have used osmo and no replacement. So don’t waste your money buy quality ones off worktop express

Amazing service - ordered on Thursday and delivered on Monday all cut and ready. We ordered samples first and they arrived the next day - definitely worth doing. Wish everything was this easy !

Had the product in a size I couldn't fibe elsewhere. Price good. Delivery excellent. Responded to phone calls. What's not to like?
