I use Houst for hosting my Airbnb and also used it for checking in at an Airbnb during a recent trip to London.

Straightforward onboarding process and good communication. Made the process easy throughout.

I will genuinely miss dealing with Azraa Meth in Cape Town. We have been working together for 3 years now and she has never once let me down with any issues that have come up with David Bell's apartment.
Her cheerful, can-do attitude have made my life a lot easier and I have no doubt that she will continue to be a real asset to Houst. I wish her all the best in whatever direction she moves from here on.

Had a great air bnb experience!

The apartment was a big bigger than we expected from the photos. We found it clen and tidy and would stay again. We travelled into the city one day which was easy from Beckton station and also we went to Southend which is an easy drive.

House were great for our recent stay in Cape Town - smooth check in and check out process. Fast replies to messages and well supported throughout our stay. Recommended.

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, and close to amenities.

Very comfortable and very couzy

The check in was easy and the house was just gorgeous. The heating was on when we hot there which was lovely after a 5 hour car trip in the rain. We were going to an event near Wembley and the house was 20 mins away by car. It was also easy to get in to Central. Loads of shops nearby. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious and super cosy. No noise at night and the area and street felt really safe. We will definitely book again if we're coming to London.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. They were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Recently, I ran into an issue, but it was handled quickly and with compassion. They listened (even senior management), took my concerns seriously, and resolved everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Communication was clear, quick, and profoundly helpful. I can imagine on the other end - the owners of the property felt really supported as well.

Signed up as a landlord in October, it took me nearly 3 months to realise these guys are scammers - they rip landlords off left right and centre! Please check all the other landlord reviews! They use the landlords properties to rent then never pay on time and try to twist you up in knots with multiple inflated invoices. My property has had near 100% occupancy for two months and I haven’t been paid! They also double charge for inflated cleaning fees! Absolute rip off merchants! - steer well clear would be my advice for any landlord looking towards the short / medium term lettings market. Also, watch out for the disappearing act when your given a story by your “rep or contact” that he can’t be contacted for a couple of months as he’s had his phone and laptop stolen! 100% scammers. Read the landlord reviews.

The house we stayed in was very clean and comfortable,it had everything we needed. We were there for 10 days whilst we were having building work done and felt right at home. Check was quick and easy,our host was easy to contact and replied very quickly. All in all a very pleasant stay

The flat was clean and comfortable as well as wonderfully located close to shops, cafes and Kensington Gardens. I had the benefit of a daytime concierge, and the host was responsive at all times. The bed was comfortable, the living areas were bright and I enjoyed being able to soak in the bathtub after cycling everywhere over London. There was also a tube station nearby and friendly neighbours. I stayed for three months and felt very much at home. A very minor complaint would be lack of good kitchen utensils/glasses if you like cooking, I ended up eating out all the time. I would not hesitate to return.

We’ve been with Houst for nearly 8 months and they have been brilliant in managing our properties on short to medium term lets. In particular, our manager Alex Taylor always goes that extra mile whenever we’ve needed support - highly commendable and recommended all round!
