Ordered a hoverboard 16 days ago and has still not been shipped. Ordered from the manufacturer thinking I would get the best business and was totally wrong. I wrote the company and I received no reply.
Poor quality control and Zero customer support.
I purchased a hover 1 track dirt bike for my son's birthday. It was missing 2 small brackets to assemble the handlebar. I created a support ticket (ticket #186708), called and emailed many times with no reply. It has been 3 months and I still have not received any communication. They do not answer phone calls or emails.
How can a company of this size have zero customer support?

Bought my Scooter(H1 Blackhawk) Late…
Bought my Scooter(H1 Blackhawk) Late june/early July. good for the first few weeks then the Throttle spring decided it wouldn't function properly any longer, so I have to hold down and push up the Throttle manually, which makes it Engage cruise control on its own even when I don't need it which makes it dangerous to ride in busy areas since I've almost ran into a vehicle even though the Throttle was fully depressed. This is truly a serious injury to fatal accident waiting to happen. Sent an email August 17th, with an automated response and no real acknowledgement. It's annoying best buys return policy's are 14 days now, I would've been took this POS back.

Listen to the bad reviews, they’re accurate!!!
I have tried to call this company consistently due to me ordering a replacement charger and not receiving it 6 weeks later. I have tried to write an email, no luck. I have bank statement, order number, and all proof I need. Can’t even request a refund because you can’t get in contact with anyone. If you think these reviews are not accurate and it won’t happen to you, you’re so very wrong. Stay away from this company!!

Bought 2 of these for Christmas for my twins they are rubbish and require fixing of some sort pretty much every time they use them .the front wheels have also jammed on both I have been buying spares on eBay as the customer service department is even worse than the product . I will never buy a hover 1 product again .
DEFECT POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE
I submitted a formal ticket but the URL was not working when I wanted to review my ticket.
The Hover-1 blast board ( s/n see picture ) has a manufacturing defect. I had talked to customer service who told me the board was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do for me. Even though the unit is out of warranty it was just beginning to be used in April. And after less than 3 hours on it the pedal stuck. To stop the wheel from turning, the board ran upside down until the battery went dead. After talking with customer service i had nothing to lose so I took the board apart and discovered the pedal mounting posts were cracked ( see pictures). This caused the pedal to stick. As i was loosening the screw the pedal no longer stuck. I believe the pedal mounting post were cracked either by over tightening the mounting screws. Or the mounting posts are not straight up and down ( I can possibly do some measuring to prove ) so that when the screws were installed they could not go in a slanted hole and cracked the mounting posts. I am a retired Manufacturing Engineer with over 35 years of experience working with numerous assembly plants, injection molders, and numerous products. I have worked with quality control and engineering, purchasing and assembly on all kinds of product problems. I think if the factory reviewed this ticket they would acknowledge this problem has existed in the past . I am asking you to contact the manufacturer and show him the pictures and my email. Ask if this problem existed in the manufacturing. I think they will agree with me. I am requesting 2 pedals as I assume the opposite side will probably have a similar issue. I would expect this issue has been redesigned to fix the problem by now. I look forward to your response .
I tightened the mounting plate screw (picture ) that had nothing to do with this problem. It was not screwed down tight. I look forward to your response.

Worst experience with Hover-1. Bought a Scooter for my daughters 13th which lasted a few tries and accelerator cable snapped. Scooter was collected and sent to Scotland and we were told Hover-1 took over the repair. That was the last we saw of it. We were promised a refund.. NOTHING CAME...we were also promised a replacement...NOTHING CAME. My daughter was gutted and lost out completely. Never heard from them again despite months and months of calls and emails. Eventually Argos assisted. Shocking way to do business as these e-scooters are not cheap???

I pre-ordered a Rebel charger in Feb 2021. I was told in March that there was a delay but never rec'd my charger. I inquired in July...once again, no answer. Filed a complaint with the BBB but they still failed to answer.
Now as of September 2021, their reply is "it's out of warranty", but I NEVER received my charger or a refund.

Shocking product. Absolutely shocking - Do not even think of buying a Hover-1. They break within weeks. They are swift take it back for repair under warranty but then you never see it or your money again. I've been promised it fixed, I've been promised a refund several times, I've been promised a replacement several times & again I've been promised a refund several times. Each time ranging from 48 hours to 14 days. That's even if they bother replying to one of the several emails you send chasing it up. I bought one for my 10 year old daughter for Xmas from Argos & she still doesn't have her main present back & they don't seem to care. I've been chasing a refund or replacement since March. Months & months later still nothing. Argos really need to look at the products they sell. I know it's not Argos fault, but if they remove their product it will help others that seem to have the same issue.

They couldn't fix it so promised me a refund within 14 days, this was at the beginning of June and I am still waiting and chasing every single day and they just don't bother to come back to me. I wish I could rate less than 1 star, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
A company and Dealer with a BIG heart!!
I am a disabled homeless man, and having considerable mobility issues I wanted to find remedy and regain my independence via the electronic personal transportation technology available today and shopped 3 types that interested me (e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-skateboards) for the best value leveraged against my budget, which, despite the recent e.i.p. injection to my finances remains well below the poverty level. It appeared that none of available products were really affordable for me, and certainly not the type I figured would provide me the greatest amount of safety for my needs (getting here and there with a 1yr old dog in tow). E-bike prices almost start at the high end of e-scooters and having a bad back made slumping over a set of handlebars and having to do a good amount of assisting the motor in its performance (I'm guessing due to the additional weight of a full size bike) seem counterintuitive to me (and certainly less fun) when compared with standing and zipping around with ease. I thought if I could make a few economic sacrifices maybe I could squeeze into the low end of e-scooters but I wasn't looking to get a kid's low range, powerless toy and everything offering quality was too costly for someone like me so in a desperate mood I figured I'd write to as many scooter manufacturing companies and sellers as I could find and see if anyone was willing to activate their generous nature and either donate, or discount a SUBSTANTIAL amount from the cost of, a suitable e-scooter to someone they would likely never meet. Out the of 86 submitted emails (most of which were Chinese manufacturers who required bulk purchasing to get a TINY discount or the wholeseller auctions, neither of which seemed inclined to charity) only one dealer responded. It was Ike, the sole authorized Hover 1 dealer for the U.S. and from his kindness offered me a blessing. His generosity made it possible for me to take back my freedom from having to rely on some external means of getting around and now I'm actually optimistic about being able to independently make the appointments required to improve both my health and my housing issues! I can't effectively convey my gratitude for everything Ike from Hover 1 did for me but I will say that he not only made independent mobility a reality for me, he made me feel worthy. That I mattered to someone. I can't put a price on that... Thanks wholeheartedly Ike!

Will not buy a hover board from them again! Bought a hover board from kohl’s for Christmas it stopped working in February. It had a one year warranty per the company. Kohls tells me contact hover1support. Terrible customer service!! Been Emailing back and forth since February then as I’m finally what I feel like is on the way to them replacing it they send me another email that says we’re sorry but this is not one of our products! Seriously so kohl’s tells me your the contact I Email you back and forth with my receipt and now it’s not your product! I emailed and asked for a contact for a manager never heard back!

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Ordered Hoverboard online and when received the shell around the wheel was broke. Cant even ride the hoverboard. Cant find a phone number to call and actually speak with anyone. Submitted a ticket and have yet to even hear back about my submitted ticket. Wont waste my money with this company again.
