Battery dead in less than 6 months!
My daughter has had her hover board less then 6 months, and the battery is already dead. This includes winter, when it has hardly been ridden. It cost half the price of the hover board for a new battery...I have one little upset kiddo, who is very responsible and took well care of her board.

Sorry have to give this company a 2 star. Had 4 replacments since Christmas. First had a sensor and wheel issue. Second Had a problem with the wheel bearing on the Kart. Third well this one was a joke the cross bar on the Kart was to long for the segway. My son wanted the forth one which currently has an issue with the kart which makes the wheel wobble so much it has come loose. The last 3 I purchased from Argos if I was them I would be looking into this.

I ordered a hover-1 combo kart for my 8 year old for Christmas- but ordered in November. The box was huge and I had to hide it for Christmas, so I didn't open the actual box until Christmas morning & discovered after all was said and done that it didn't come with a charger. I contacted hover-1 by the card in the box because it instructed not to take it back to the actual store it came from (mine being Walmart) so, I waited 7 plus days for a response from them. They agreed immediately to send me chager and I replied with when can I expect it? It has now ALMOST been a month since Christmas day when I emailed them originally and still do not have a charger nor a response on when to expect one. My son has not been able to use this Christmas gift AT ALL yet. I am very disappointed.

Nice Products! But the hover1 Allstar that I got wouldn't charge!
I would highly recommend you to buy hover1 products. the buggy attachment and Allstar was very fun. I love hover-1! These products are awesome! But the assembly for hover 1 buggy attachment is very hard. If you are buying a hoverboard for an inexperienced kid, you should also buy a hover 1 buggy with the hoverboard you are buying.
