I have not received my order and it is…

I have not received my order and it is now too late for a present. I have requested full refund but this has still not happened. Nobody answers the phones and the email address does not work. They have been in touch on messenger last Friday and promised to resolve on Saturday 5th November but still no response.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience, ordered two hoverboards one was faulty and that's when the problems started, at 1 point I was accused of being a liar, I really would strongly recommend that you do not buy from here!

Hoverboard and Kart arrived as…

Hoverboard and Kart arrived as described. The customer service was brilliant. My daughter loves her gift. I highly recommend. We were let down by another company and still not received the refund 3 weeks later. We paid then told not in stock. I contacted hoverboard pro and they confirmed stock before I purchased.

Faulty product that could have caused a fire and terrible customer service and issue still not resolved

I bought my son his hoverboard and it was delivered Dec 21. The box it arrived in was really damaged and informed them of this. He has used off and on over the last 8 months but then the in August I went to charge it and it didn’t work. I then tried again as I did the charger sparked as I put it in. I am only glad I didn’t leave this charging as I am worried it could have caused a fire. I contacted Hoverboard Pro via email and no one contacted me back, then two weeks later after no response, I emailed and left a voicemail asking someone to call me and I finally got a response saying they had already emailed me instructions how to fix the problem. I emailed back informing them I hadn’t received the email and could they resend. Nothing again for a week until I emailed again asking for them to respond. Several emails then in a short time frame with this company informing me they believed it was a battery issues and the battery was only warranted for 6 months. I don’t see this on there website. I also got told they supplied quality hoverboards and I said I didn’t agree as they were telling me 8 months use and then it nearly causes a fire is not acceptable. They asked me to send photos and over a week on I’ve had no response again. My son is so upset this was his Christmas present and we haven’t even got a years use, it wasn’t cheap either and I can’t afford to just buy him a new one. I have received terrible service and I am still without a working hoverboard for my son.

Would not recommend this company or the Kugoo G2 pro, Hard wired wheel. Unfixable punctures.

Had the xiaomi m365 for 2-3 years and loved it. Decided to treat myself and upgrade to the kugoo G2 pro which was a terrible mistake.

They've hard wired the wheel through the whole scooter. This means when you get a puncture (which you will) no professional will be willing to touch it.

To fix a simple puncture you have to dismantle the whole scooter. The deck has the rubber cover glued down so you can't neatly complete this.

I asked for advise from hoverboardpro and they told me to pay someone to do it and not to worry about the warranty (suspect within itself). When I asked who, as no one will touch it, and would I void the warranty if I attempted myself, they just flat out did not respond.

Something that should be so simple turns out to be a massive flaw with the Kugoo G2 pro and this company, I'd advise to stay well away from both.

A week and still waiting...

Ordered on 3rd September for my daughter's birthday on 8th. Writing this on 10th Sept and still waiting. No tracking information. Don't answer the phone or emails. Have to use Facebook messager to contact.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. Poor customer service. Very rude.
I would prefer to give a ‘no’ star rating but can’t. The site says 12 months warranty, the battery stopped charging after 6 months. When contacted they said warranty was only 6 months on battery. Website doesn’t state that. Called and spoke to a gentleman who was not helpful and hung up the call. Been unable to make further contact.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. Faulty hoverboard when purchased and appalling customer service when they were contacted about fault. Had to go through a third party to get the issue resolved.
