Great customer service
Really easy to deal with, came quickly product seems great. Customer service responded fast and professionally when I had a slight issue and had to contact them via messenger.

Ripped off! Company ignores and doesn't answer messages or calls!
I bought it without reading reviews- my fault.. Now I am with faulty board- opened tried and tried to charge- never charged and company is not available via phone, stopped responding to messenger messages after I reported problem... Avoid at all cost. Go to reputable company.... Their return policy? No details on how to return goods.

when looking for the e scooter i wanted the so many web site that had good prices but when i came across hooverboard pro bye advert i was happy to see a awesome price that was so much cheaper than the other company. At first i was bit worried because when i placed my order they took the money i didn't get confirm email for about week so i was a little bit concerned if they was a true business. But part from that i got my e scooter the day before the original date and day so Im very happy with this company.

Item was faulty when it arrived
Item was faulty when it arrived. These things happen. After care/ customer service is shockingly slow. Item returned 3 weeks ago and they have not got back to me with a solution. I would not use this company again

Useless. 3 batteries haven't worked.
I bought a Hoverboard as a present for my sone in Xmas 21.
When opened on christimas day it didn't work. Battery constantly beeping.I emailed the company who told me that the battery was the problem and sent me a free new battery.
It worked for a while OK.
In August, the battery started constantly beeping. I emailed the company who told me it was my fault that hadn't charged the battery frequently enough.
I bought a new battery in Sept, as it was past the company's 6 month battery warranty.
The company reccomendation was to keep the battery plugged in at all times unless using.
It lasted for 4 weeks and despite being constantly charged in the plug, the battery didn't work.
I've bought a new hoverboard for my son for this Xmas from another company and my wife felt I should add a review to stop others buying this product.
Waste of money.

Used damaged and now blocked from website.
I have purchased a hoverboard which arrived with damage to the wheels and the box was all damaged
I have attempted to use the link they sent in one of the emails to contact them which shows they have blocked my IP address and I tride to go onto the Web page but I can't access the site.
Real scam alert for everyone.
They have sent a low grade Chinese hoverboard for top price and blocking users as soon as they can.
