The salesamn (Sam) was very good when I bought the one year old car. After 2 months it developed a gearbox problem. Howards has now had my 15 month old Peugeot 2008 Hybrid for 5 weeks waiting for a replacement gearbox, and this is after only 12000 miles. Howards have been very supportive and have supplied a courtesy car but the battle is with Peugeot HQ who seem unable to find a new gearbox anywhere in Europe. Not good enough.

Had a fantastic experience at Toyota Weston-super-Mare last Friday thanks to Richard Sparrow. I’m a driving instructor and desperately needed a tyre sorted with practical tests coming up this week. After trying several other garages with no luck, Richard was incredibly understanding and empathetic.
He checked stock immediately, got me booked in right away, and the mechanic sorted the tyre out super fast. Richard even arranged a kind discount since I'd only just bought a new tyre a few weeks ago. Outstanding service that kept my business running—thank you so much, Richard!

Sam was excellent.
I enquired about one of cars that had sold when I enquired.
However Sam made the effort to call me back and find me another vehicle so I could have it on the same low finance rate deal that they were having.
I have had many car salesmen however Sam tops the lot.

What an amazing experience buying a new car. Everything was smoothly done from helping me pick a car, setting up payments and taking a test drive. Started off by talking to Damon who we discussed what I wanted and what I could afford. He was never pushy or trying to make me buy things. I was then handed over to Steve Newnham. What a top bloke. Was always a phone call or email away through the whole journey. He made signing lots of paperwork stress free and made me feel very at ease. I would defo buy a car from home again.

Dan was very helpful today. I had a piece of trim that broke so I went and saw him at the dealership, and ordered a replacement. It arrived extremely quick, and was fitted free within a few minutes. Very helpful and really appreciated his help.

Excellent service team. Popped in on the off chance they could take a Quick Look at my car, due to a noise when using start/stop function. Jack was incredible from start to finish.
Helpful, without beinv pushy, listened to feedback and was always on hand.
When i turned up on pick up day, the car was slightly dirty, the furst thing he did was jump in and drive it back round to get re-cleaned.

We had a really positive experience with Kia in Taunton. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and completely at ease—no pressure or hard sell, just a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Craig Telega, our salesman, was excellent throughout. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions.
We were well looked after too—kept topped up with coffee and biscuits, which was a nice touch. They were also brilliant with our granddaughter, making sure she felt included and even sorting her out with a Ribena, which she loved.
Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely welcoming experience. We’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re considering a Kia.
