Scarlett was very helpful

Scarlett made the whole process of buying our new Suzuki easy and seamless. Her professional and friendly approach was just right, and her knowledge of the car was very good. We did not feel pressured at any time. Thank you and well done Scarlett!

Citroen Service @ Howard's, W S Mare.

Booked into Howard's Citroen W S M for my 2nd C3 Aircross service Monday 30/03 2026.
Car dropped off as arranged 8ish and collected 12ish as promised.
Service video provided as was the 1st service 12 months before. Very professional and informative video and very much appreciated.
On collecting my car, the work carried out was detailed in writing and explained to me by Grace of the service Dept. A very pleasant and pleasing experience meeting the staff of the service Dept.

Efficacity and polite professionalism here. Was in the lucky posish of being able to choose and test drive both the mini and a top spec 208: went with the Agueda yellow Peugeot and that from somebody who has driven premium German cars for most of his life.
Great staff and brilliant attention from Sam Harries. Only regret that I couldn’t sensibly bag one also in Vertigo blue…and Selenium grey.

Easy experience.

From the moment I walked on to the forecourt to have a quick look to leaving a week later with a car the experience has been great. Friendly and polite staff. No hard sales. No sleazy sales tactics. Everything explained clearly. Since getting the vehicle I have received check in calls. I popped back briefly with a question and it was dealt with quickly. I am not a particularly high value customer with regards to the vehicle I bought compared to some of the others available but I have felt respected and looked after as if I had bought the most expensive car there.

Poor service from Howard’s Taunton Hyundai

Hyundai Taunton

I had my i20 serviced 17/03/2026 reported that I have been having issues starting, sometimes the battery is completely flat or it appears that way also the stop/start hasn’t worked for 18 months or 6 months old. On the last service I reported the stop/start issue and was told you don’t use the car enough as it’s only done 3000 mile, I Said I must have missed that bit in the owners manual. Anyway they said the battery was naff fitted a new one and serviced the car.

I have used the car for 4/5 trips but have noticed that the stop/start light which was permanently amber does not show anything now and does not work, rang the dealership and told to book it in for investigation in two weeks time NOT ACCEPTABLE obviously they don’t do the job/check properly

Excellent service

I was very impressed by the service I received

I was very impressed by the professionalism and care I received from Lorenzo from start to finish. I needed guidance obtaining a car on Motability and he explained the process very well and made it easy . Nothing was too much trouble.

Superb service

Ciaron at Howards Vauxhall in Yeovil has truly gone above and beyond to help. Although it’s no fault of the dealership, my new car has been delayed; Ciaron has organised a courtesy car for me to have from now until my car is delivered. Given that this could be a month or more, I couldn’t be more impressed with this service. Thank you very much, Ciaron and Howards.

An honest and trustworthy car dealer

Well, this is the third time my wife and I have brought a car from Howard’s citroen Weston super mare Why” there professional approach along with there friendly advice they make the whole experience of buying a car smooth and enjoyable. Our salesman was Kian In my opinion he goes above and beyond to find the car that we are looking for and again he came up trumps and was lovely catching up again thank you Kian. Mr Mrs French.

Disappointing experience. 

Terrible experience!!

Had my Nissan qashqai looked at by the Nissan technician via a 3rd party company,

Before they received my car I called them up to tell them about another issue that I would like them to look at as the car is still under the three-year warranty the service representative that answered the phone said he would put the problem on the Notes so the qualified technician could look at the problem,

The next day I realised what might be causing the problem so I thought I would give them the heads up to save time and hopefully I would get the car back sooner when speaking to another service representative he said he would put it in the notes as the guy the day before didn’t put anything on the notes for the technician.

I also told them what the third-party company had already done and couldn’t resolve the problem, hence why they went to a main dealer!

The day that they had the car they then called me to say that the car is now okay to pick up when I ask them what Work had been carried out. They said the technician has cleared the fault and everything is okay after telling them that is what the third-party have already done. I was assured that the professional technicians have done the right thing after telling them my concerns that I will be back within a week with the same problem they didn’t really seem to care.

(Less than 24 hours later, guess what? Problem reappeared like I said it would!)

After speaking to the service manager voicing my concerns well let’s just say probably made them even worse! The one part of the conversation that stood out with her was the fact that she said they are lucky that they even spoke to me on the phone as the car was taken there by a third-party company and I could’ve been anyone! Which raises my concerns even more that when I went to pick the car up, they were happy enough to hand me the keys over!! without checking who I was (as the third-party are the ones that dropped the car off in the first place)
