Last month
Last month, I had the worst possible experience with this moving company. First of all, they arrived without even a heads-up notice, about three hours late. The staff appeared hurried and chaotic when they eventually arrived, throwing my priceless paintings into the van as if they were random trash. I genuinely heard a huge thump at one point, and I watched one guy shrug nonchalantly as though nothing had happened. Several of my ceramic artifacts were chipped and two frames were damaged by the time they were done loading. In addition, they misplaced one of the boxes that contained my cookware. In the end, I had to swap out half of my dishes. It was a nightmare of a day—so hectic. I would never again entrust them with anything.
