Racheal Malin who dealt with my policy. Was very helpful and polite. Said everything clearly and repeated things that I missed so I was able to the conclusion to go with Howden's Insurance and also the price was just right for my budget. Would recommend them to anyone if they want to insure a van or van to campervan like I'm going to be doing. 1st rate company.

I've had 2 cars and house/contents insurance with Howdens for over 20 years. Very efficient, great customer service, friendly & polite.
The only downside is their admin fees now being £55 on top of the insurance costs. £165 a year just for their fees was too much. Unfortunately, this has caused me to look elsewhere where I have found much cheaper insurance.

I felt confident in her customer service and the insurance quote beat all others across 2 comparison websites. Now have 2 vehicles insured via Howden.

As in the past few years since Howden took over Endsleigh's business, I have had a great experience with renewing my motor insurance. I didn't think Endsleigh could be bettered, but Howden have achieved that!
