The staff at Howden Insurance, Basingstoke, are very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble and questions raised have been dealt with quickly and communications have been very clear. Every effort was made to provide cover at a very competitive price.

I had an arranged visit to my tattoo studio today with olly from the newport isle of wight branch and he was so professional easy to get on with explained everything in detail without the fuss of doing loads of paperwork( not my strong suite )

He arrived early dressed smartly and was overall just a top bloke if theres any sort of praise definitely throw it his way ill be recommending him to anyone to help sort out there insurance needs

Racheal Malin who dealt with my policy. Was very helpful and polite. Said everything clearly and repeated things that I missed so I was able to the conclusion to go with Howden's Insurance and also the price was just right for my budget. Would recommend them to anyone if they want to insure a van or van to campervan like I'm going to be doing. 1st rate company.

Lady was very thorough and helpful in reserching for the best policy to suit my needs

I've had 2 cars and house/contents insurance with Howdens for over 20 years. Very efficient, great customer service, friendly & polite.
The only downside is their admin fees now being £55 on top of the insurance costs. £165 a year just for their fees was too much. Unfortunately, this has caused me to look elsewhere where I have found much cheaper insurance.
