These are some false claims, as we have many rewards for all the people, and we also offer leaderboards, advent calendars, etc., in addition to what we already give. You need to understand that you joined a casino, though, and you are here to deposit and have fun and, in the meantime, to give you some loss back in return. You are not here to just take free money. If you get lucky with your deposits and win, you can, of course, withdraw and make some profit.
Also, about the bonuses, our VIPs get up to 55% lossback, which is more than most of the casinos in the industry. So what you claiming is false.

These are some untruths here, as we already have in our help center about wager requirements and you can always read these things before you do a deposit, that's why help center is there. Not the customer support, but the help center, which has all our articles and it is getting updated very often.
About the fees, that depends on blockchain and not on us, we can not know what blockchain will take, because for example on ETH, this changes every time and it is based on the traffic blockchain has. Same for BTC.
You also don't have to contact support to withdraw your money, that's not true, it might be delayed a bit sometimes due to a heavy workload but it will be withdrawn eventually.
